The new process of buying a battery for your vehicle is ridiculous! What was wrong with the old way? And if you're going to switch your procedures, train all staff for goodness sakes. It should not have been that much of a struggle for me or your staff. Im going to be thinking twice before coming here for a battery again... Other than that they have had some great sales on items just when Im in need of them. That is something I will come back for!

Found staff to be rude, didn't want to help find things, or help to get an item off a high shelf! Not friendly at all, would like to support locally, makes it tough to go back to that store!The customer service is some of the worst!

Ok place to a shop but never have anything in stock

This is a small Canadian Tire location like you used to find prior to the big box revolution. Staff is friendly, however many things are required to be ordered and variability of stock is limited compared to larger locations. I still frequent the store but many times I find myself having to use multiple stores in town in order to complete a job instead of a one stop shop.

Very very small store so it seems cluttered and it's hard to get around especially if you run into someone coming down the aisle from the opposite way.*update*Staff barely know their own product, store is not always true to it's hours listed online or inventory listed online. I've returned to the Melville location multiple times where it should have been open but was closed.

There was a issue when the battery of our car was serviced at this Canadian Tire. The manager later contacted me and properly reimbursed us for the loss. My respect for their honest business practices.

Made an appointment to replaced my tires under warranty. They told me it will take 1.5-2hrs. It took 3hrs20 mins by the time I got to leave. Dropped the truck off on time, they started on it right away, I went back after 2hrs waiting for my call. After waiting 20 mins I went to ask about my truck. It turns out it was done, just waiting for the lady to get off her break to do the paperwork. She came back after her break and started working on the paperwork. Apparently it was the warranty portion that needed to get done. I waited in front of her for 35 mins. She gave me an excuse that the mechanics were behind thats why it took so long. But they started working on my truck right away...sooo....The manager was surprised that I have been waiting this long with both my kids while my truck has been ready waiting to go. I appreciate the manager and that I was able to get my warranty work done, but I don't think i will trust any appointments at this Canadian Tire unfortunately.

The worst costumer service that I ever see. Very unfriendly, rude. Can't ask anything. So many people choose to drive to Yorkton unstated going to Melville. Very sad. If you work in front of the store you have to be nice to costumers.
