Most of the staff in this branch are great. Excellent service and a caring attitude while also being patient and respectful.Except Neil Rocha.What others work so hard to do, he throws away with a rude and condescending attitude. Worst part is he thinks he is always right, when in fact he has been wrong on more than one occasion.In my case, I was trying to get something done in my account and he insisted it wasn't possible, not before suggesting I am a bad client and stupid. He raised his voice to make sure everyone in the branch heard his insults, customers and employees. Worst a**hole ever. Steer clear of this guy and even the branch as he has no problem jumping in to correct you or the other employees whenever he thinks he knows best. Every time he does this he is rude and condescending, not a good experience for anyone. To make matters worse, I wasn't asking him the question, he came in to save the day" as he usually does.Turns out

Hours are completely useless for people who work.Completely backwards from the needs of their clients, this location actually closes earlier than most other locations.I don't actually know how any business actually gets done here, since they're closed when people actually have the time to get to the bank.

I like to give credit where credit is due. I have been banking with Scotia for over 20 years and switch to this branch last year because of issues with my previous branch which is teller less. It's good to see a bank branch that recognizes it's long-term loyal customers and appreciates them.

Basically impossible to speak with anyone. Not sure why they post the branch number when it automatically sends you to a contact center which unless you have 30min to wait on hold theres no point trying

Don't bother calling anyone at this branch or emailing them, they will not respond. Have been trying for 4 days now and they do not return emails or voicemails. Call the contact center and they just give extensions of employees at the branch that do not answer their phones. Keep up the great work.

Very sketchy way to communicate with clients. I randomly received a phone call from a number that ID’d as Scotiabank in Guelph. I looked up the number and it didn’t match any of the branches in Guelph. I assume if it was the actual bank they would leave a voicemail however they did not so I assumed it was fraud. I then received an email with horrible grammar and spelling from a Pretty Thomas. I called this banks phone number as posted not the one that called me and I entered the extension number. Turns out this Pretty Thomas is real. Horrible way to reach clients. Learn to be more professional. It is easy to be scammed and this came off like it was a scam.

Spent over an hour working on a restructure of my accounts. Signed all the paperwork and after 2 weeks, nothing happened. Turns out they didnt submit my paperwork and had to go through the entire process again after hours on the phone. Also, advisors do not respond to email, so if you want anything you need to make an appointment and wait days. Would recommend finding another branch.

I am trying to complete a simple task but this branch apparently has no idea how to do that. I had an appointment 4 weeks ago the advisor was to follow up, nothing. I have sent him 4 follow up emails with no response. Another meeting today with another advisor who doesn't bother to call at the scheduled time. terrible customer service, I would suggest avoiding this location.

Raw incompetence.I was sent to this branch to pick up my new cards. Their operating hours are absurd and impossible for anyone who works. I managed to find 2 minutes to get in as a full time dad. The teller had no idea what she was doing. Her manager managed to find a band aid solution, but here's the kicker: they disconnected my debit card from my account. I can't log in. I can't pay bills. And I have absolutely no chance for the foreseeable future to get to the location and fix this problem.I don't know what I can do, they've crushed me with hopelessness.

Originally came to this branch to try and find some answers as my home branch in Kitchener was temporarily closed and the branch rep that was helping me was not returning my calls or emails. The staff here was great and directed me to their manager Annette that went over and above to finally get an answer for my inquiry. Really grateful for the gesture and assistance. If i lived closer i would make this location my home branch!
