Forced me to pay for an entire year of insurance up front even though we sold the business and only needed two months insured, this is after having been a loyal customer for 6 years.Told me we would be reimbursed for the remaining months - it has been a year no refund and no one will respond to my emails or anything.This is how they treat a customer who used them for a half a decade- so if I were you I would run.
