I have a bad experience with them. Some of my items was not delivered. No proper response. Send a mail no reply. Chat is always inactive. They were good before. Really disappointed

We buying metalworking coolant from this company, but they have pretty good selection of other stuff for machinery. Don't know how big is their stock but we always coming as walk-in customer and always getting what we need.

Found them while searching for way oil for a lathe...cheaper than anywhere else I could find in Canada (that would ship) but didn't know anything about them. Decided to give them a try anyway, ordered late on a Tuesday night, stuff arrived Thursday morning...super quick and everything came in good order, not leaking or anything.Will definitely order from them again if I need something they sell.*Update*Got a phone call a few days after receiving the order from them making sure it all went well with my first order. Pretty impressive to get that kind of service. Placed a second order this week, showed up next day and again all good. I am thoroughly impressed and will continue to use KBC Tools going forward!

Beware! They will not stand by their product. Sent a defective Micrometer and will not exchange it!!Update: Problem solved to my satisfaction

On a Friday just before closing, I gave the wrong payment info and a lady from the office called me after their operating hours to make sure I get my 25 minimal order for the weekend from their drop box. Now I don't need to stop my process on this urgent job, I highly appreciate this, thank you very much KBC team

I received great customer service from Karen at KBC Tools. After what seemed like a very frustrating situation, it turned out it was frustrating due to my mistake. Regardless, Karen issued me a full refund and even refunded the shipping cost since the tool didn't arrive when it was supposed to. I learned a lesson about how great customer service can turn a bad experience into a good outcome and a happy retained customer.
