Went to get a windshield wiper arm the guy showed us the pick we paid for the part. Got some oil was told to check next day in the afternoon it would be in. Ok we called 3pm not in. So went to check on order different guy says this is a mirror arm assembly not the arm. we don't carry the actual arm only the dealer or reckers do. So we got refund wasted two days. Got a sorry so I told him to coach the other guy on how to do an order correct. Guezzz.

I called ahead to ask whether a part was in stock, they were friendly and thorough. I asked them to put it on hold for me, and when I showed up it was a quick walk on, pay, and walk out. Very happy with the pricing too!

Went in to this location just before 2:30pm to exchange my wipers that were still under warranty. Ben, the sales associate, was extremely rude and questioned why we were bringing the wipers in 6 days before the warranty expired. I had called a week prior to confirm that they had a 1 year warranty and I could come in at any time before it expires to do an exchange since they were streaking. Once he finally agreed to exchange them, he told my boyfriend that he doesn’t have an account which is impossible since he has been a very loyal customer for a long time. He then questioned him and said “are you sure you even bought them here?” when it clearly says on the bill that they were purchased at that location. Ben was very unwilling to help and combative for absolutely no reason and provided terrible customer service. It is undecided if we’ll be returning to this location for future purchases.

I went in to get help with finding the right wheel lug nut, and the gentleman at the counter said that he couldn’t know which wheel lug nut I needed based on a photo I showed. So I said no problem, I’ll bring in one of the other lug nuts I need to match and we can find it that way? And he said no, we wouldn’t be able to. So I said okay, why don’t I buy a few different types of lug nuts, take them home, and try them all to see what fits? And he said no, returning them would be too much work for him. So I said, okay, maybe I don’t buy a lug nut today? Then he suggested I bring in the lug but I have at home, which made me giggle because we started there. Needless to say, I went elsewhere.

Incompetent crew of people.1. Part was not available when I wanted to buy it. I was told to pay and it will be shipped in from another store in 24hours and I will be called to pick up - I had to make the call after 72hours to confirm it had arrived.2. Parts arrived mis-matched - Rear rotors was delivered to me as Rear Rotors. I double confirmed before leaving store as the neutral packaging seem strange but I was assured by staff that it was the shippers that changed the packaging.3. Returning this mismatched part has cumbersome that till I type this, I haven't been able to make the return because I have been advised to time my calls or visits so I can speak to the manager".4. Never believe this store or its employees of told they will call you.. It's a ruse.I wish I can give 0 star!!This is nothing short of absymal.. So dissapointed in these lot honestly."

Staff are fantastic and helpful - no complaints there. However the store does not stock much, pricing is on the high side and its quite a boring place to be, I for one am very seldom 'bored' in a place thats sells tools or car parts.

Terrible customer service, Andrew very rude and short with me.Sold me wrong wiper blades for my make/model and did not let me return them just because I paid cash.Strongly Do not recommend. wasted over $50!!

I bought rotors and pads when I drove Hamilton to Ottawa on my way back pads snapped out and damaged rotor so bad. The parts they were not even a week old. I wish I could post a picture see .

Came in with my mother to do a battery/alternator check. I believethe name was Sheila who was so wonderful and nice on the phone. Stan I believe who ran the test was very patient with us and extremely kind, and really informative (as I had no clue what was going on).Thank you for the prompt kind professional service!
