Rented a stump grinder, mostly fine. My complain was that before I returned, I filled the gas to the top, to the point that some gas was leaked out when I closed the gas lid. I did not check the final invoice until later, and saw that 1.5 liters gas was charged, of course at much higher rate than at gas pump. I called to inquire, and talked to a Scott or Todd. He said he inspected the gas and saw that it was low. I asked if he had filled 1.5L of gas, he said he will" do it. So it was entirely some rough inspection by eyes

I have had the pleasure of working with Ellio A&B for over 30 years. He is exceptional at what he does and is always willing to go the extra mile for us. I have never had need to go elsewhere and I highly recommend for all your rental needs.

I rented concerete cutter for 1 day. Guy told me $56 rent for 24 hrs. Whatever u used blade we charge for blade.guy he didn't mention me we charge blade for rent too..$30 for blade rent used blade they charge too. No point u rent concerete blade. .u can buy ur own blade.dont rent from this guys.expensive.i am not recommended to go there

I rented an electric air compressor for the day and it worked great. The people in the store were very helpful. John helped me with getting an air hose and the right fitting that I needed to adapt the airline to the tool I’d be using. He was also able to recommend some airline equipment stores that would have more fittings if I needed them. 10/10 would recommend.

I rented an electric rebar bender that also has a cutting feature on too. I was bending and cutting 10mm rebar. The experience to pick up the unit was great. I was told that because I was renting it in the afternoon the day before Canada Day that I could return it by 9am Friday and I would be charged for just one day's rental.When I used the bender, it worked great. I was able to get all my work done in record fast time and returned the unit by 9 am on Friday morning.

Definitely best price in town and the tool that I needed did the job perfectly! BUT...BUT, the unpleasant customer service experience upon returning, leaves a very bad impression of my first experience with this company.Since I had already checked out their website, and knew they would be closed on New Years day, and since I only needed the rental for 1 day, I called in the morning on December 31 to make sure with them what the process would be, since I wouldn’t be able to return on Jan 1. The guy on the phone said that as long as I returned the item by Saturday (Jan 2) before 9am, they would only charge me as a 1 day rental. I thought to myself, that’s awesome, that is such great customer service. So, I went over to their location, confirmed that they would only charge me for a 1 day rental, which they confirmed verbally and with the initial receipt. So, I rented the tool by 11am, and they helped me load the tool, and wished me Happy New year, and I went on my merry way. Got my work done, and had the tool all packed up and stored in my car to be returned on Saturday. So, I get to their store on Saturday, around 8:30am to return the tool. One of the guys, the only one that provided good service, on a day with fairly heavy rainfall, helped me offload the tool and bring it to the door. Then, one of the 2 sales reps, the same guys that were working on the day that I picked up the tool, from inside the store came out with the final receipt, and not expecting them to overcharge me, I signed it. Before walking away, I thought just quickly look over the receipt, and to my surprise, saw that they charged me for 2 days. So, I called the same guy back, and told him that this was a 1 day rental and you guys said that’s how I’d be charged. He said ok, let me take a look at it, and went back inside. Then the 2 sales reps started discussing with each other, printed some papers, and then the other rep made his way towards me. He said to me, like he was doing me a favour, that what they can do is charge me for 1.5 days. I was stunned. I said NO, and then gave him the whole story from the beginning. To which he said just said “ok,” turned around to the other rep and told him to charge me for just the 1 day. So, then the other rep came back to me with another receipt showing a refund for the charge for the 2nd day and left without a reply to my thanks.If they just would’ve told me they would charge for 2 days, I would’ve rented few days later.Not sure what to make of this, if they were trying to scam me, or just a honest mistake, but the way it was handled was definitely not a pleasant experience. I definitely would not recommend this place unless you really need/want the cheapest price.

We rented some tools through this company. I had contacted the wrong store but the individual on the phone took care of our needs anyway. 100% thank you for making that portion of the day a bit easier.
