Just picked up my new 2023 Tucson Hybrid Ultimate from Brockville Hyundai. The car is amazing! My experience at the dealership was excellent from my first visit until taking delivery of the car on April 5, 2023. The staff is professional and friendly and I always felt at ease. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car!

The service department at Brockville Hyundai provides exceptional service. Very friendly and helpful staff with a very nice waiting area. I have found Brockville Hyundai service dept. to be efficient and offer competitive rates for the services I've had performed on our Tucson.

Cody was wonderful as-well as the rest of the staff. I told them what I wanted and they worked with me to ensure that’s what I got, my concerns and apprehensions were always considered. I highly recommend !!!!

This was our first encounter with Hyundai in Brockville. The customer service here was so impressive!! We had a recalled engine replaced and were so amazed at how quickly things came together. We didn't need to cancel our trip after all that we had planned to the Eastern coast that was happening a few days later. I wish I could remember everyone's names we dealt with, but believe me all of them we're super friendly and cared about our situation. I want to mention that they work on any make of vehicle. Honestly, there is no reason for us to go anywhere else for vehicle work at this point. Especially when you walk out of this place smiling and feeling like a winner! We highly recommend this place!

The most amazing, incredible, positive car dealership auto service excellence I have ever had!! I live 4 hours away, and was passing by town when I broke down, and managed to limp into Brockville Hyundai's fabulous Service Department. THESE PEOPLE ARE INCREDIBLE!! They truly saved my #$_... This past Friday at 5pm before closing for the long weekend, my NON Hyundai brand vehicle suddenly lost all engine power on the highway, 400 kms from home, when pretty much almost every repair garage had already closed early for the holiday, accommodated me last minute, just before closing, repairing my vehicle, and not leaving me stranded with a broken down car far from home and stranded.I was not their previous customer, I do not live anywhere near them!! 4 hours away!! If this store was rated number #1 Hyundai store in the world, I WOULD BELIEVE IT AND VOUCH FOR THEM!I have been having alot of trouble with my local new car dealership in my home town, I wish they took lessons from these great people at Brockville Hyundai.Again, it was NOT even a Hyundai!! They really really went above and beyond... To simply help someone in need!I previously owned new and used Hyundai's, and many other makes and models, but I have never, ever experience such terrific, kind, thoughtful and unselfish service at a car dealership in Canada!!I urge anyone from anywhere and everywhere to shop and service at Brockville Hyundai.
