I have been to the clinic twice in the past 6 weeks. The first visit was very disheartening, however, the second visit just this week more than made up for it. Dr. Schacher is great!!! She took lots of time to discuss my knee issues and she came up with several different options for me. Also, the ladies at the reception desk went above and beyond for me and I so appreciate it. I definitely recommend this clinic wholeheartedly!!

Initial appointment was in November of 2019, for chronic shoulder pain. Appointment ended up with a referral for an MRI. A year later, (December 2020) MRI is finally done, book a recheck appt with the doctor for today, at 8:30am.I drove from HIGH RIVER to the same location as my first appointment, PAID FOR PARKING, only to find out THEY HAVE TEMPORARILY MOVED LOCATIONS. I hustle to get to the new location, and give them a phone call to let them know I will be 5-10 minutes late. The receptionist then proceeds to tell me, Oh its changed to a phone appointment".I have NEVER been this upset

Very disappointed with my visit. Arrived 45 minutes early for a long awaited appointment. Doctor strolled in 15 minutes late for work, ....and when I saw the doctor he said why am I here????? It is one thing to be waiting if the doctor is with another patient, but to walk in late and not even know or be prepared to talk with the patient is unacceptable.I am unsure why this was asked of me, when I was the one that received a letter that said I was accepted to be seen by the doctor. I felt my MRI that was sent to this clinic was not even looked at prior to me coming in.Once the doctor looked at my MRI scan he was able to provide me information that my family doctor had already told me....so not sure what the point of waiting so long for this appointment was. Really disappointed and would not recommend this place if you are looking for someone to actual care.

After hurting my back at work in December I was referred to Rocky Mountain Health by my family Doctor for WCB treatment. I had done physio before at another clinic and was not convinced that it would help as it hadn't in the past.In the beginning I could barely sit, stand, sleep, lay down or walk without screaming and crying in pain and they (Dave and Katie) took me from that to being back to work Full Time, back to the gym and back to somewhat normal life (improving every day).My experience at Rocky Mountain Health has been incredibly positive and right from the moment I walked in I was treated so well by everyone in the clinic, they knew my name, they knew my story and they even grew to know my family! These are very wonderful people and I highly recommend them to anyone!Thank you Dave, Katie and the entire team at Rocky Mountain Health!

About 3 yrs ago, I had my 1st consult with a surgeon at this clinic to determine whether I would be a candidate for double knee replacement. I was told that I was definitely in need of new knees as one knee was down to bone on bone and the other knee was almost the same. I was told to go home, lose weight & get more exercise. Did that, losing 60 lbs & going to deep water workouts. This was a slow process but after 2 yrs it was accomplished. Then I called the clinic to get an appointment & was told that my Dr had to re-request a consult which took another 3 months. When I went to that appt I saw a Dr who told me that yes, I should have knee replacements, but that he wasn't licensed in Canada to perform surgery so he would refer me to the other knee and hip clinic in Calgary. Why is Rocky Mountain accepting referral requests if they can't perform surgeries? I finally received a letter from the Calgary Knee & Hip Clinic last September which told me it would be between 8 months to a year before I'd have an appointment. I guess I still have a while to wait! I feel that a whole year was wasted, I would never recommend Rocky Mountain to anyone for anything. Hope this lengthy review helps.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this clinic. I arrived for my 9am appointment at 8:40 to check in and screen. Dr. C. does not show up until 20 minutes later. They stuck me in a room for another 15 minutes. The receptionist comes in telling me they can not find my MRI report. This is a specialty clinic...are you guys not supposed to have this information before a patient shows up? At 9:50 I walked out. This doctor has no value for another person's time.

I am impress by the team atmosphere here. With a persistent shoulder issue, the staff here are consistently patient and clearly committed to the well being of their clients. Remarkably, they always make room for just-in-time urgent needs and manage to balance a full workload with a pleasant “how can I help” attitude while triaging the most urgent patients as required. From the moment I walk in the door, I feel welcome and cared for. In a medical system that often forgets at the core of human needs is heart. This team has a lot of heart! Thank you.

Three weeks ago, Aug 17, 2017, I had and ACL reconstruction and Osteotomy with Dr. French through Rocky Mountain Health. From beginning to end my experience was terrific. The staff were very accommodating with my schedule and made sure I had what I needed and when I needed it. It was nice to have the radiology in the same building to minimize the travel and number of appointments. I was really impressed with the time the staff and Dr. French took with me to make sure I knew everything I needed to know. If I had a question they took the time to make sure I fully understood what was happening next. Great bedside manor. Being back on my feet on light duties after two and a half weeks is far better than the what I have heard from others. Having such good physiotherapy afterwards in the same place is a major benefit. Everybody's experience is different for sure but if I ever needed another one I would go back. Thank you Rocky Mountain Health

My family physician referred me for a consult re: hip replacement. I met pleasant, courteous office personnel. Dr. Chukwunyerenwa was awesome! He spoke to me with empathy, kindness, and respect. He clearly explained everything and we made a plan to go forward. Could not be more pleased with the clinic, the doctor, and the treatment plan.

I spent two years seeing various therapists and chiropractors with no results. Then I was fortunate enough to connect with Darren at Rocky Mountain Health. His program was completely different from all the others and it started working almost immediately. I am back to doing all of the activities I have not been able to do for years. The staff is great, parking available and nothing but great things to say about the place. Highly recommended.
