Melissa and her team are the best! They really care about animals, and were super accommodating of my schedule and my dog's needs. I especially appreciated how detail-oriented they were, considering how many instructions I provided them. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at a pet friendly hotel in Vancouver to attend a concert at Rogers Arena. On very short noticed, Melissa agreed to watch our ten week old Shih Tzu, Taang Tong, while we attend the concert. She even picked up our pup at the hotel and dropped him off after the concert! She even sent us wonderful updates with pictures during the show! I was overwhelmed as a first time dog owner and needed help! My pup Kobe is a Shiba Inu and it's known to be a challenging breed. I took a puppy class but working full-time, in back to back meetings all day didn't leave much time to practice. I hired Woof & Purr to do training reinforcement and leash training with Kobe. Now Kobe sits and lays down on command, his leash pulling has reduced and now we're working on his recall skills. I highly recommend Woof & Purr for training reinforcement and dog walks. Melissa, you're a life saver! Thank you from Jamie & Kobe the pup.

Melissa is wonderful! She brings an incredibly personal touch to her cat sitting service!While I’m away on vacation, Melissa sends the best updates that read like short novelettes that leave me laughing at the apparent fun my cat, Waffles, is having at home without me!She is attentive and always provides pictures with her text message updates, is willing to walk our cat, and always ensures he gets feed on schedule.Waffles highly recommends Woof & Purr Pet Services and he thinks Melissa is Purrfect!

We have used Woof & Purr to look after both our cat and dog. With both of our pets being rescues, and with us working from home more frequently, they get quite anxious when left alone. It's great peace of mind knowing that when we leave them with Melissa we are leaving them with a pet lover, and they will be looked after with care!

Melissa and her team took very good care of our fur baby for a month last December. Sorry it’s taken so long to post! This is our first cat in many many years and we were very nervous going away so far, for so long. Melissa was very consistent in sending us updates and videos to assure us that our furkid was happy and healthy. Will definitely use Woof & Purr again!!
