Absolutely fantastic service. I have orthotics and recently bought a wide 2e Gortex men's shoe. About a month later I could barely walk and the physio therapist, massage therapist and Chiropractor all suspected it was because Gortex doesn't give. The shoes were snug fitting but similar to other pairs i had bought there so I never suspected the new shoes. Unfortunately, even though I loved the idea of a waterproof shoe I put my old pair back on. Low and behold after a week my metatarsalgia started to lessen. It was the shoes!When I returned from my holidays, now 2 months from purchase date I went to this store to share my concern and explain the costs I had incurred because of their product.The manager was fantastic. He immediately returned the shoes for a full refund and the service was so impressive that I bought another pair, which was better for my foot issues.Simply said you could probably find these shoes cheaper at a big box store but I highly doubt you would get the service and immediate replacement.Well worth the effort to buy directly from a New Balance store ... and if you do, buy from this one!

The guy wearing PRX is great with his customers. Too bad I forgot his name :( My receipt says Andy so I’m assuming that’s him.Nonetheless, he is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he gives customers the space to try out different kind of shoes as well as answer all sorts of questions. I’m happy with my purchase, will go back for sure.

I had a delivery for kids shoes, which UPS failed to deliver twice. Andrew and Isaiah we’re extremely helpful and did a great job resolving the issue. Very happy with their efforts!

I had the good fortune of coming to the Langley NB store after I had foot surgery. I had not worn a shoe for 3 months and Isaiah the store manager helped me select a good pair of shoes for my foot rehab.He was very kind and helpful. I bought one pair of shoes and ordered another. Now, this is when his attention to customer service is really highlighted. The shoes I ordered did not arrive in the timeframe that was expected. During this time Isaiah personally reached out to me to inform me of the delay and gave me an updated arrival schedule. When the shoes were backordered a third time he told me he would give me a credit to use towards my purchase which was completely unexpected and appreciated greatly by me. He contacted me three times over the phone and this in and of itself was great service, the credit just added to the good experience.And, further, when I went to pick up my shoes several months later, he remembered me and greeted me by name when I entered the store. I had long since gotten rid of my post surgery air boot so I was very surprised that he remembered me from months earlier. He obviously is very thoughtful and genuinely cares about the people who shop at his store. The owners have a gem of a manager who makes their store stand out in a sea of retailers.

My wife and I have purchased a few pairs of NB shoes from this location and the service is always great! I needed a special pair of shoes for my grandson and the store manager searched around and found them for me and had them shipped to the store for me to pick up. Everyone in the store is outstanding, especially the store manager. We will continue to shop at this store location.

Came in today to try on a bunch of shoes I had on my watchlist. Had the privilege of being helped by Sonia. She got me shoes to try on, answered my queries, and even made suggestions when I asked. And trust me, I wanted to try on a lot of shoes and had a lot questions. Throughout the whole experience, Sonia was patient, helpful, friendly, and was just so great. I ended up getting a shoe that wasn't even on my watchlist when I didn't think I'd buy it today. With the kind of service Sonia provided, I'd definitely come back and recommend this store and her service to anyone. Thanks Sonia!

Good covid protocols and decent customer service. Would be nice if they carried clothing for larger people. Largest size for men's shorts & shirts were XL.

Staff are very helpful, this store was a good find for me because they stock a lot of wide and even extra wide sizes. My feet are extremely picky and have some issues - i didnt end up liking the first pair i bought as much as i did when i i initially tried them on and they took an exchange with no problems and got me in a pair im now VERY comfortable in. Shoes are priced fairly and several pairs were on sale when i went.
