Alicia and her team were really excellent all-around, beginning to end. We'd never had an insurance claim before and in the initial confusion and distress that we faced in the aftermath of the fire, Alicia was very responsive, understanding, clear and professional; she was clear and accurate in assessing the scope and extent of damage and the steps needed for mitigation. Her team was on -site very quickly for the cleanup which was done well and carefully and the subsequent follow-ups, costing and communications were all clear and reasonable. Our insurance provider (Co-operators) has been similarly excellent to work with and it is clear why Paul's Restoration is one of their preferred contractors. Many thanks to all.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alicia. We had a leak that caused us to have multiple repairs in the house. From shingles to flooring; it was a very stressful time. Paul's Restorations was beyond amazing to work with! They were extremely professional, highly responsive, did quality work, and went above and beyond in all that they did. They are the best restoration company - not just in Hamilton, but that I've ever encountered. I've work with a lot of contractors and wish all of them were like Paul's Restorations.We had a second home that flooded and we worked with them over the phone from another country during Covid. No only did they remediate the water damage quickly and well, but they worked with us to remodel after the damage, fixing dry wall, flooring on 2 levels, painting and bathroom remodeling. They sent pictures, did video walk throughs with us, and Alicia had phenomenal taste and picked out gorgeous flooring and paint for us. After the project was finished, we got another video walkthrough so we could see the finished projects and they did such high quality work and paid close attention to detail. We were THRILLED with their work! We cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Back in May of 2018, we had damage to our shingles and eavestrough. The insurance company suggested we use Paul's. This was a relatively small job, but it wasn't completed until January of the next year. I had to makes dozens of calls and emails in an attempt to get the work completed. The only time that I saw any sense of urgency was when they were waiting for my deposit and waiting for me to notify the insurance company that the work was completed. At least the work done was good quality. If I had to do it again, I would have coordinated the repairs by myself.

I had the unfortunate experience of having a water pipe spring a leak in my basement resulting in a bit of a flood. Never experiencing this before, I reached out to Paul's Restorations to seek advice and help. I am so happy I did. Alicia was so knowledgeable and professional - her vast experience in dealing with these situations was evident as she advised on next steps and what to expect. Furthermore, her empathy towards my plight, and her patience with my questions, made dealing with the aftermath of the flood a pretty positive experience. Thank you Alicia.

From start to finish they were there for us. Many thanks to SHANE, you went above and beyond. The initial cleanup people Sylvia and Tim took care of cleaning up the flood waters with precision and were a calming presence. Tanya and her clean up crew left my house spotless. They were gentle with all my antiques. Dominic, did a good job with the wall repairs, painting etc. Thank you again for everything.

We experienced a water main break just outside our door. Our insurance company contractor who had come in and tore everything apart explaining very little to us. Months later our home was still torn apart with nothing but excuses from the contractor.We spoke with some family members who recommended Alicia from Paul’s Restoration.
