My husband would have never received results had he not called asking for rhem quite a few times. Took exactly 1 month - feb16-march16 to receive results. dont waste your time

False positive cocaine in hair follicle test. After the owner's response below, I called to have them look into it but they stated that they can't help me and to call the lab. The lab can't help me because I'm not a client so it's a dead end. I know several people who have had false positives from this company and now I'm having trouble with family reunification. Something has to be done. PM me on fb if you have had a false positive as well.

I agree with last two posts. Me and boyfriends urine and hair tests both came back positive for cocaine. Cfs sends ppl here because they know it’ll come back dirty and it’ll help they’re case. I’m all for taking responsibility when I screw up but this wasn’t my screw up this time. I tried so hard for what I thought would be a clean test. Thanks a lot.

If I could give it a negative star I would. The staff there is absolutely rude and disrespectful. They use the same scissors without cleaning them between clients, they do not change their gloves between them either. So alot of cross contamination happens at this facility. My suggestion is to go anywhere else to get testing done and if cfs are trying to send you here refuse and pay for your own test somewhere else.
