Bilal was so incredible! He’s such a funny, nice and outgoing guy! He was so helpful , and made the experience fast and easy! He provides great customer service, will definitely be going back there for all my phone needs!

I spoke with customer service to upgrade my phone, they said i can do it and offer trade in my current phones, when i step inside this Rogers store the sales guy “Erfan” was in zero care to even look at my phone for trade in, and without asking any questions about the phone model said we dont do trade in here! I’m paying over $1000 every month for my business services to Rogers! I will consider cancel everything and transfer to somewhere else! Somewhere with better service and attitude! 11/5/2023 7:30pm

Hello, I had a wonderful experience with Bilal yesterday , upgrading my phone, he has a welcoming presence , he knows his stuff , he is very personable, you are lucky to have someone like him on your team, and the fact he trains others from what I saw , he is a true leader and needs to be recognized for it. I would recommend you get the service of Bilal if you ever visit here. He is an expert of what he is doing. We bought 2 phones with his assistance. He eases the stress of people. Before visiting this shop me and my wife went to the F**o service provider very close to this shop. Actually we had a connection from them but they couldn’t help us resolving the issue nor they offered us any phone deal after being kept in a queue for more than an hour. But we’re warmly treated by Bilal at Rogers and offered many options and helped us selecting the best. This guy truly deserves some more in handling customers.
