Fresh rye bread and also whole wheat, white, French, red river cereal multi grain. and sourdough they also sell Manitoba honey, competent helpful staff

KUB bread is another Winnipeg Icon with the best Rye Bread in the West and East including central Canada. There bread is always fresh, tasty and very affordable. Also, great friendly staff and quality bakers.

KUB bread is my go to bakery for fresh rye and multi grain bread and their cinnamon breads. Pricing is very reasonable and hard working staff always has a smile!

Did they forget to add poppyseeds to this poppyseed roll? It wasn’t only this slice either. The dough was good and moist, but a disappointing poppyseed roll otherwise.

Best bread period!! So many options upon visiting the bakery you just don't get in store. Dinner rolls, fill bread, poppy bread, garlic bread, texas toast, and so much more. Do yourself the favor, fill your freezer, and head on over. You won't be disappointed. Greeted with a smile, and felt at home. Love Kub Bakery!

Been eating kub rye unsliced since the 60's we use too go to the bakery when it used to be on Stella ave until the fire best bread ever made even relatives from Saskatchewan would come out to buy a few dozen.

The bread is always fresh and soft. If you are there early enough, it is still warm. Chances of warm bread or cinnamon buns making it home without eating some is highly unlikely. It's priced better too! Definitely recommended. The boss Ross is great too!
