We've tried several boarding kennels for our anxious dog. Snuggles is the only one where he enters calmly and comes home happy. They care for him like family.

The owners Jeanette and Roy are dedicated to ensuring your pet is always safe and accommodating.

Our 3 cats had never been boarded and we knew they needed to be together while we were away for 12 days. Snuggles had the perfect room with a view and outdoor screened porch which provided for them a similar situation as at home. We were sure they could be comfortable in this resort!While we were away Jeanette was thoughtful and kind enough to send a pic of our relaxing cats to give us comfort on how they were doing.On return to pick up our 3 cats everything was great with their personality and demeanour and Jeanette had everything prepared and ready to go for us during the covid restrictions with full compliance.The days following their stay away at home were normal in every way and they obviously were not stressed or negatively affected by the 12 days of Christmas vacation .Snuggles out performed our expectations. We were extremely happy with their care of our kitties.We recommend them and will take our cats back for our next vacation and theirs!

I contacted them to see if they had space for my dog for a weekend. Unfortunately they didn't at the time but the fact they responded to my inquiry quickly gave me time to look for alternatives. That is customer service.

I owned poodles for 17years and would never put them in a kennel. After they passed, I rescued two mini poodles from the meat trade in China. I swore I would find the perfect kennel so that I would not lose my freedom to travel and I did! Janette and Roy are the perfect fur parents to Lydia and Skully when I leave them. They are caring, loving, responsible people that love animals. The kennel is extremely CLEAN! They have rooms with their own bed and TV. My dogs come smelling clean, not the typical kennel odor. Skully twice has been less than happy to come with me after his stay with Janette. I can tell by their demeanor that they have eaten well, been paid attention to, and loved. I highly recommend this kennel.
