Brought my 4 year old in for her first cleaning. Sydney ( the honest) was so great with her and did an amazing job. Dr. Rama ( the dentist) was warm, gentle and caring. A great place to bring the family for great dental care in a laid back friendly environment. Thank you Smile Monarch Dental Centre

After 30 years with the same hygienist and dental clinic in Burlington, I wanted to change to one that's close to home in St. Catharines. I looked at the Google reviews and took a chance that this was the best place for me. I'm happy to say that it's great. My hygienist, Michelle, was extremely knowledgeable & friendly. Best hygienist I've ever had. This place is now my new dental clinic.

Michelle, it's amazing. She takes the time to make sure everything it's good. She explains all the details and she makes you feel comfortable. I' ve booked my next cleaning with her already. I never had a deep cleaning as she did.

I had an amazing experience . I had the honour of having the owner work on my teeth . He was amazing, very gentle and hands on . I had an emergency filling done and he was more concerned than I was . Definitely recommend excellent service. Staff were amazing.

So happy I found this dental clinic. Carmela, Dr Rana, Dr Banan, Michelle the hygienist, Shaily, and all the staff are amazing, hard to describe with words how friendly, professional, attentive and empathic they are!!! Somebody has to invent a new word to describe a team beyond wonderful!!! They all made me experience an amazing journey. They all worked so hard to give me the best out of them and I will never find the right words to express all my gratitude for all their professionalism and kindness!!! Michelle is awesome at what she does. She takes her time and is very thorough when she does my cleaning!!! The receptionist are always welcoming and polite when you come through the door. I would give them 5 STAR!!!!!

Excellent service my son suffers with anxiety at the dentist and he is special needs and 25 years old! So he has been going to the dentist for a long time however no one has ever done as well as Michelle she is fantastic with him and he loves the dentist more then he ever has. Thankyou Michelle and Monarch for being fantastic!

Just finished my cleaning at monarch dentistry by the pen center and thought it was worth a positive review. My hygienist Michelle was great and did a amazing job as well the dental receptionists are very organized with very positive attitudes .I know a lot of people don't like going to the dentist but you all made it a comfortable experience.Thank you all very much.
