The best service ever received. Andrew and his team was incredibly welcoming. I have never seen a manager so dedicated to helping his customers and showing such passion for what he does. He informed me about the right internet to use for my gaming experience. I made an internet switch and was rewarded with an instore bonus. I repeat. I have never received such great customer service. This guy and his team are on another level.

Greeted within a minute of being in store by manager Andrew who passed me along to a wonderfully pleasant sales associate (Jacob) as he had a work meeting he needed to attend. Jacob couldn’t have been more nicer to deal with. Great customer service. Great attitudes. I would recommend anybody to see this store for their electronic needs. In this day and age of poor customer service, it is a breath of fresh air to be treated in this fashion. Keep it up!!!

The shop has many gadgets and on sale and the staff who helped us was really great. It was already almost closing time but his positive energy to assist me and my daughter was exceptional! He offered us great deals to fix our data plans and gave good suggestions. We visited other shops in the mall but because of his helpfulness, we decided to let them change our mobile service provider through them. Thanks Jacob!

The best customer service experience I've ever had, Jacob Doucette was excellent in his support and helped me above and beyond what I could expect. He is highly knowledgeable in technology and helped me make the best decision for the device I was looking for and even helped with upgrading my home Internet plan. Just purchased a Nintendo switch console from J. Doucette. He was very informative about the warranties, and showed me a variety of consoles The Source had in stock. I will definitely return with this level of customer service. Thank you!

The staff were friendly and attentive. However, I would not call them knowledgeable about their products.The store carries a fraction of what it used to, and I was told to go online for all the items I was interested in.They are supposed to be the source" of all Bell smart home devices. However

I am a 57 year old customer. I believe in loyalty. I purchased a laptop from this store in 2010 and 2015. Great products. I hate completing customer service reviews, and never do, except when I receive exceptional service, at which time I take the initiative, as I am doing now. The key to good customer service is the ability to listen. Both Jayce and Jacob were excellent listeners. Thank you.
