I wish I didn’t have to write this review but after the way that Mike treated me I felt like I had to. I hired Evolution HVAC on a house that I bought last year to install an AC unit and they did a great job.Fast forward to now, I have a rental property that needed the AC unit serviced since it wasn’t working. Mike came by to look at it and diagnosed that it was a problem with the circuit board. A couple weeks later he informed me that the circuit board had arrived and we arranged a day to install it. Mike canceled on me for the install day but seemed to have a reasonable excuse so I had no problem with it. Then the next week, the same thing happened. The week after I finally said I needed it done that week and he said he would for sure have it done that week. After that, Mike ignored every one of my calls and texts to him. In my line of work I deal with lots of different trades and this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. On top of all this, I had another company come and it wasn’t even the circuit board that was the issue; it was a much cheaper fix.

We were in desperate need of getting our air conditioner replaced. We were experiencing insanely hot temps in our house. Evolution HVAC Services were the fastest to be able to help us out but also had the best pricing by far!! In temperatures in the mid 30s, they worked so hard, efficiently and had our home cooling within a few hours. Definitely using them again for heating or cooling!!

Mike is completely unreliable. Booked him for initial service of HVAC system, which he found some problems that needed to be corrected. I scheduled him to perform this additional work. The first time he failed to show up, claiming a miscommunication. Rescheduled a second time and confirmed the day before, he failed to show up again. No further response to my messages. Stay away - you can find much better and reliable service.

Micheal came to assess my furnace and told me it needed to be replaced. I gave him a deposit for the new unit and have not been able to get ahold of him since!! I called another company and when they came it was only a $85.00 repair. It has been almost 6 weeks and he still will not respond to me.

Evolution Hvac Services has done work for me twice now . First time was a new furnace with relocation, air conditioner, and hot water tank . More recently they installed a high efficient furnace for me at one of my rental properties. Michael always took the time to explain the reason as to the why and found the right solution that worked within our budget. I trust and recommend “Evolution Hvac Services”.

Mike showed up on time and fixed another company's installation mistake in no time. Explained Mfrs warranty to me after another company voided my warranty due to not using them to clean my furnace annually. Mike was very thorough, fast and professional. Glad he was referred to us.

Mike did an excellent job installing a range hood in the kitchen for me. He even fixed my bathroom fan at no extra charge and left my house clean afterwards. Mike was very pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend his services. I love my new range hood, thanks Mike!

Excellent Service! My Air conditioner crashed in the heart of summer when it was 30 plus outside. I called and they came by within a day and were able to diagnose the problem. They were very honest and upfront about all of my options. I ended up choosing to replace my Air Conditioner and I am happy I did because they got me a brand new Goodman for a very reasonable price. I price searched with a couple of other places and their price was the best by far! So glad I went with Evolution Hvac. For fast, reliable and friendly service, look nowhere else. I highly recommend them!

We bought a new house, had Mike come in and inspect and clean our Hvac system. Great job, prompt and professional. I have and would recommend him to friends and family.
