Can't return or get refund and really, really poor products. Tools I bought there broke and the Bluetooth device wouldn't connect.

I bought a wire shelf from Uncle Wieners, which I saw advertised on FB Marketplace earlier. Price was excellent. Once arrived there, tons of parking, staff very helpful and friendly. After paying, I was advised to drive around the building for pick up at the ramp. As I reversed onto the ramp area, warehouse style, an employee was already waiting for me with my heavy bulky item. Excellent service and the shelf I bought there is very good quality. I highly recommend this place

Lots of diffent items here. Website not very accurate with whats in stock and was difficult to try and call to check. Kinda like a princess auto with way more random items, pizza ovens, firepits, chicken wire, toys, furniture, log splitter, tire balancers, incubators, rabbit hutches .........

Horrible customer service. Refund policy is non existent after selling damaged items

I can’t really rate the staff or products because I wasn’t able to make it that far.I saw a product on their website I was interested in, so I checked for the hours and location on google and the website. No mention of it being closed, I even called no mention on the voice mail of it being closed.So I drive all the way up there from the deep SW only to see a sign taped on the door.Closed September 5th.So another company had the product I was looking for, for only $10 more and they were open, so I went to Canadian Tire instead.I probably won’t stop by here again just due to the fact that it’s so far out of the way unless I was in dire need and in the area

Amazing product and amazing customer service I read so many negative reviews about the customer service but they are not true, I personally had a great expirience, it's a little bit lengthy but it's efficient.

Really bad experience. Drove from Okotoks to see what the hype was about this place. A lot of overpriced cheap (very cheaply made) made in China junk. When I went to buy something they scanned it and was twice the price advertised, online it showed $99, their price tag on the wall next to the item showed $89 and their system showed $159. Went back to the rack and snapped a picture of the item price and they had to text their manager for approval. Had to wait 10 mins for someone to reply back to them. To cap it off, if I pay credit card there’s an additional 3% cost for using credit? What kind of business practice is this. Won’t be back. Don’t usually leave reviews but thought I’d save someone the drive and time, otherwise if you’re in the area and stop by make sure you check your prices before paying, doesn’t seem like they keep track themselves.

I have spent considerable funds at this store and recently decided to purchase a premium portable structure. After having them send incorrect instructions, the parts did not match and we had to rebuild certain parts etc. I reached out to them to learn they had a claims group. I was pleased that I could show someone the issues and they could learn something, fix what was wrong and give them a chance to compensate accordingly. After numerous back and forth emails, them sending me the proper set of instructions and telling me I did it wrong, then buying over $200 in parts to fix the problems, they offered us $100 store credit after spending $10k. We love to support local retail shops but given the fact that they are not willing to take accountability and lack integrity, I will no longer support them. Good luck if you do.

Needed a last minute wedding tent and purchased it from this place. I never knew it existed until then. So many different kinds of things, and friendly staff. Got just what we needed for a great price. Thanks guys!

First visit 10 min in and out.Walked around and noted a good selection; as other reviews noted, they did not have advertised products as their website indicated. Very few deals vs 75% of the store products actually more expensive than other local retailers. I would recommend purchasing online for better deals and product availability.
