Pathetic excuse for service. Without personal service, tailor suit stores may well be online only. The staff here make themselves more redundant every day, like most fast food workers.

I had an incredible experience at Tip Top Prince George when purchasing a suit recently. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. So happy I chose this store and couldn’t be more thrilled with my new suit, shirt and tie!! I would highly recommend and would give more stars if I could.

We had an excellent experience with Mavi at the Prince George Pine Centre location. She was courteous, helpful, and attentive; and went above and beyond to find us a perfect solution to a perplexing problem.We had to buy a specific pair of dress pants for a wedding ensemble, but they were in a very in-demand shade. All of their stock in the appropriate colour was sold-out in my husband’s size, but Mavi was amazing. She worked super hard to find us a solution (a larger pair that could be altered down to fit), and even managed to do so in a way that would fit our tight timeframe.She not only managed to meet our needs superbly, but she also managed to do so while being the only staff member in the store, and stayed late to make sure that all her clients were happy.Thanks Mavi!

A 10% discount was offered if you signed up on your phone. My husband signed up and purchased a suit, shirt and tie. I also signed up, as the suit size I needed for my father was not available in store. The clerk said she could order it and have it sent to us as we live 4 hours away. I asked her if she took the 10% off and she said she did and said the receipt would be emailed. When I got home I was surprised to see the receipt did not have the 10% off. I called the store and was told that the boss was not in yet and that she would call me back. I did not receive a call back, so I called again and was then told that I had to come back into the store with my credit card to get the 10% credit that should have been applied during checkout. I said I lived 4 hours away and the drive would not be worth it. I was then told that I could get 10% off my next purchase the next time I came into the store. It's not like we purchase suits everyday, so that is a waste. I will look for a different store the next time we need dress clothes.

We were ignored for the longest time by the staff member on duty. We ended up buying nothing more than the tye my child had wanted for their grad. It seemed an awful lot like we were dismissed because neither of us were men. Shameful experience. Won't be going back again.

Was told I could purchase a suit and get it tailored I informed them I’m a 3hr drive away. Then once I arrived I was told their tailor only works on Tuesday and they were closing two hours earlier than what Is listed on their website and google super dissatisfied.

Very disappointed. This used to be an awesome place to go get suits. I would go every year and buy 2 new suits. It has really lacked the last while since staff changes. Seems like no training and the fact that the employees don’t seem to care about helping customers in the store but would rather have personal conversations by the counter. I stood behind a gentleman for quite a while while he just chatted and payed no attention to me until I finally left. I was trying on a couple of suit jackets and wanted to try on more and find some information on sales but no one was interested in working. The old employees were much better. This place has really taken a dive. I recommend just going somewhere else and not even bothering here.

I ordered ties for a wedding over 6 weeks ago, and was told when I initially ordered them it should only be 2 weeks to arrive. Every time I have called to follow up, I’ve been told “they’re on their way” and “they should be here within a week” (for 4 weeks straight) Not once has anyone offered to try and track them down. Fingers crossed they actually arrive.

Went in to get a suit for my friends wedding. She told me that they can get suits in bigger sizes. When we got there we got terrible service and that they could not get anything in my size. The 2 employees did not know what they where doing. Thankfully we got out of there and found somewhere that could help us

We went in last minute and in a panic looking for a dress shirt for my son for his Provincial's Hockey Banquet. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. They found a few options to go with his suit jacket and pants, that were within our budget, fit my son's petite frame and aligned with my son's style.The staff was extremely patient with us while my son tried on the different dress shirts with his suit jacket, pants and bow tie and even provided us with their opinion and suggestions when asked.Overall, the staff went the extra mile to ensure my son found the perfect dress shirt and walked away as one happy customer.
