I really don’t like dealing with cell phone providers. I always have a hard time communicating with them and I get anxious really quick. But since I been dealing with Ash I completely changed my mind. He’s been such a delight to work with. Helped me get the best plan and even saved me some money. I recommend him to some other friends and they all said the same thing. Thank u Ash for making things so painless and easy.

I'm not a fan of dealing with providers as I often find they're dishonest and looking for new ways to pitch sales. But I'm extremely happy with the guy named Ashkan. Not only was he honest and didn't aggressively push for me to adjust my plans, but he was able to save me money and offer me a better plan! Really nice guy. Highly recommend you deal with him.

Chin was very helpful to listen to our needs, review the services we currently have and recommend how we can maximize our savings while getting the best phone for us. He was patient and thorough and stayed late past closing to meet our needs and those of other clients.

Tonight I ran in with an emergency, my phone had died unexpectedly and I needed help fast! It was at the worst time for Bell staff, 30 minutes before closing; I felt awful. The two gentlemen working were helping customers but were unfazed by me coming in. Stephen, the customer service representative, took care of all of my needs, answered all of my questions and didn’t rush me at all. The fact that closing time was quickly approaching didn’t bother him. His service was superior to that I have seen in a long time and very professional. He followed up with kind texts making sure that I was fully supported. I highly encourage anyone needing any mobility support or technical help to see them at Barrhaven Bell Mobility, they truly know what they are talking about and DO have your interest in mind. I visited the Bell store for a phone upgrade and Adam was amazing to do business with. He answered all my questions and was able to attend to my needs while adding more value with some extra promotions he had access to. Adam was extremely knowledgeable, patient and polite. Ash was very experienced and helpful. He saved me over $200 per month with my cellphone account and helped my entire family get into new phones at the same time.Ash also introduced us to their Infinity protections plans as well which is a huge plus since our kids are always breaking their phones.I would highly recommend this store and Ash specifically! I recently transferred off of my long term plan at Freedom after continued bad reception, outages and lack of impactful customer service for years. Ash helped me into a much better plan, took a reasonable trade in for my old phone, and gave me a great deal on a new phone! Definitely the best service I've had in years!!
