It was my first time at this salon today and it was a fantastic experience. I went with my son and we were treated very well. Regrettably I didn't ask for my hair dresser's name , but she was experienced and made the right recommendations. I will definitely be returning.

You’ll never want to go anywhere else after Jess cuts your hair! I highly recommend any service she offers. I am very picky when it comes to cutting my hair. The quality, professionalism, high attention to detail and experience is second to none with her! Shes my new stylist for life!Efficient, clean, great service from all!! They have all the proper barriers, keeping customers safe without infringing on the experience. They put your safety first in these troubling times. I feel safe going here everytime!

I love the service I recieve when I go to SmartStyle Rockland.I've always walked out happy with the service, and the employees really brighten my day.Espically during these uncertain times, they're doing an amazing job keeping the store clean and sanitized between each customer. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this salon. Due to Covid I was nervous to go and get my hair done, however they are taking all the proper precautions and making sure everything is sanitized and cleaned properly. They made me feel at ease in such a stressful time. They also did an Amazing job on my hair! Love the confidence that comes with an amazing new colour and style! Would definitely recommend!! 10/10.

While it's not the fanciest salon you'll ever go in, it was by far one of the best experiences I've had. The staff are polite, knowledgeable, and creative. Jess did a fantastic job of coloring my hair and gave me a beautiful undercut with a lotus design. I was also very pleased to see the process they undertake to ensure everyone's safety during this time. Between the cleaning process and the general safety measures, I felt safe in my decision to go out for my hair cut, rather than doing a quarantine DIY I would probably later regret.

As usual, this morning, I was very satisfied with the services provided. Suzanne, my hairstylist, is the main reason I go get my hair cut and styled at Smartstyle. She is very attentive to the way I ask to get my hair cut and also gives good suggestions. Suzanne is very welcoming and has good people skills. She is a real asset to the salon. However, I think she needs to have good support and positive feedback from her supervisors and I think they need to value her for her dedication and good work. I really appreciate Suzanne.

I want to recommend this salon, their hairstylist and manager Jessica. She is an excellent talented hairdresser, who is very polite and very personable.She really listens to what the customers want and gives them exactly what they ask for.I recommend her highly.The salon is clean and they have implemented all the neccessary Covid19 procedures to make sure that the staff and their customers are safe.
