I had the most amazing experience with jake.He was able to help me with every item that I was looking for , had so much fun shopping and he had great knowledge with many of the MSR stove equipments and the sleeping bags and liners. Will be definitely coming back to this store.

Came to return shoes I bought online only to find out they were final sale. No indication on receipt that I could not return or exchange. Staff were extremely helpful and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Have shopped here previous and will continue to do so thanks for your help!

My parents visited this location buying gifts for friends spending around $500-700. A few of the items were on sale but the representative at the cashier was being extremely rude and telling us that she wasn’t able to change/control the transaction. After realizing her mistake she proceeded to act extremely rude, whispering to her colleagues and toss our purchases around. Thankfully another representative came and fixed the transaction and apologized for the prior cashiers mistakes.Bad customer service experience.

I’ve been shopping here for years and staff is always good. Few days back I came in looking for a new pair of snowshoes, they had an amazing selection. I was helped by a young gentlemen named Jake. He helped me pick a pair of Tubbs. Great knowledge about different varieties, and sizing.

I would like say appreciate all the help given by Olga in the shoes department, she was just incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, they did not have the size that I needed at the store, but she made it possible and after three business day, I got my new hike boots delivered to home.On top of that, Dionna, the cashier, was also a welcoming staff member.The Coquitlam's Atmosphere is my way to go despite of the long ride.Thank you guys for such a great customer experience.

Kassidy, Daniel and Sara at the Coquitlam Atmosphere store provided incredible service for my 83 year old mother and I as we came in to purchase our first pair of hiking boots. 5 stars!! thank you for your patience, service, understanding and for being so friendly and helpful over the long period of time it took for us to find what we needed.

Very nice store. Prices are reasonable. I was given a 25% discount so I was super happy with my purchase. Good selection for ladies shorts and tops. Recommended!

Jorge was very helpful in finding me the right travel pack that was right for me. I really appreciated all the help from him today! Props to him for the great job. Unfortunately, the reason I put one less star was due to one of the cashiers who was a tall blonde male who refused me to return at item purchased at sportchek “because it was in the same mall” I had previously been at sportchek and the line was excessive so I prompted to return it at atmo so i could shop for my other item at the same time. He wasn’t directly rude but i didn’t appreciate it because it’s stated that atmosphere and sportchek purchases can be returned within one another, he also said that he didn’t want to take the return because have to take it back to sportchek at the end of the night. Instead I had to go back to sportchek to make the return and wait in the line, because the cashier didn’t want to. 1/14/23 3pm
