Great store and the employees are super helpful, espicially when i need some extra tape!

Honestly I'm not sure why this company bothers being in business. Lazy drivers, lazy staff, terrible service. They make it impossible to receive whatever packages they manage to not lose. There is no reason you couldn't leave a tiny envelope at the door that nobody needed to sign for, yet I have to now go out if my way to pick up my effing package. Do better or stop completely because your entire company is a disservice to society and mail.

I’m in complete shock! This location tried to charge me $3 to print off a return label for Amazon.I moved to the neighborhood and after supporting UPS from my old neighborhood, I wanted to support an Independant business in my new neighborhood. I went to return my parcel and was told they charge $3 to print off the label. When other companies like purolator, canada post, and other UPS locations are free, and even staples mail outlet, only charges 10cents, for the label, this is outrageous. I will not support price gauging. Shame on this owner.

The quality is consistently top notch and the staff is always professional and helpful. We use UPS regularly for timely shipping and professional print jobs. I never need to worry when I send my jobs there. I also did a quick comparison estimates for a print job and was pleasantly surprised that pricing was comparable to Staples but the quality and service is clearly superior. For jobs I’m particularly nervous about, I work with Karl the owner and he always makes sure we get exactly what we ordered. If you’re ever concerned with quality or deadlines, the UPS in Terwilliger is the place to go!

I called & visited this location New Years Eve around 5pm. I spoke with Mark. He was very helpful and professional on the phone. His service & attitude were even better in person. He cared about the customer & my needs. He was polite & efficient. He said he works most days & is happy to help. Kudos to a great employee.

Why does your website say you are open till 4 p.m. today, but the phone message says you are closed? (see number on your website) Makes it hard for those taking a bus to know whether or not to pick up a parcel on a Saturday. Thank you.

Wow, reading reviews seems like a business that is so terrible but thinks that is ok to treat customers like dirt while stealing the name from the UPS business. Go to the UPS store if you want to be abused by a little man syndrome man. I lived in Canada for 30 years and it is the first time I have been treated so badly I felt like I should take time out of my very busy schedule to write this review. People need to understand that the UPS store and the UPS shipping company are 2 completely different entities and that the UPS store actually stole the name and is making the company look really bad by providing a service that does not actually match Canadian standards. This is the TERRIBLE place. Try to avoid it.

Amazing and very fast service!! All the staff members are super friendly and very helpful! My always to go spot since 7 years now!! Highly recommended them!!
