Will and I stayed here for a couple nights and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The manager and his wife were so nice and the rooms were clean and accommodating. We wanna go back on a weekly basis once it’s available. It’s the best motel for the area! Thank you again!

I was greeted by a very kind lady at reception which got this trip off to a great start! My room was clean and the bed very comfortable which is exactly what one asks for. This location is ideal as it’s quite accessible to all amenities.

All essentials are covered well here! Clean room, comfy bed, taps, toilet and especially the shower were great. Parking at the door. For a modestly priced “no frills” place to stay a night or two while in the Hamilton area, I was very pleased.

It's not stated on the website but when you check out you have to go to the front desk, ring the buzzer with your room key, they check the room right then to get your credit card refund! Most hotels/motels do the refund automatically. There is no email either so I had to call. I called over a month later to get the room deposit refund and stated they should state on the website how to get the deposit returned which is not like most hotels/motels.Room was great!Floors were dirty, not recently cleaned. Parking was good, location was away from any bars" so it was nice and quiet. Spent 2 days here with no problem."

What a very plain room with very low quality mattress. Not a single room decor and all the walls were plain. Not a single picture frame anywhere! The hard wood floor in my room was sticky! The bed sheets had dark stains as so did the comforter. Some of the towels also had stains that looked like dirty hards touched. They had a mini fridge in the room but not even a 50 cent bottle of water provided! The toilet had pee stains around it and the shower had mold on the tile grouting!Overpriced for a low quality room. Never again!

By far the worst booking experience I’ve ever had. I booked this room through an app called hopper. My payment had gone through yet the front desk lady was YELLING at me saying it declined. After waiting for an HOUR on hold I was told my payment did but they won’t honour it because now rates are higher. Makes no sense and extremely embarrassing. Would NEVER recommending staying here.

We stayed for 2 nights this past weekend (June 9th & 10th/23). Even though there was a mix up with our booking Ken at the front desk helped us out and gave us an upgraded us to a King room. We greatly appreciated this. The room was nice and clean. Had all the necessities. A great value. We will definitely stay there again if we ever are participating in a festival in that area again. Thank you Ken for coming to our rescue, we greatly appreciated it!

This was a horrible experience. There are BED BUGS. I highly do not recommend this motel what so ever. The manager was super disrespectful when I asked for a refund as we left the motel immediately. No refund was given and they continued to deny that they had bed bugs. I would stay anywhere else if I were you. Your car is better than this place. No hotel has dark sheets and yet this one does. They are clearly hiding something. Absolutely disgusted in the service and the stay.

Simple fantastic. We went to a wedding close by and didn’t want to spend $200+ on a 5* hotel so took our chances, but holy - we were pleasantly surprised. They did not charge us for early check-in & then upgraded us to a king room (we didn’t ask, owners were just kind). After driving 7 hours to get there we desperately needed a shower and didn’t expect a good one - but it was perfect. Pressure, temp, everything. I don’t see us coming back to Hamilton, but if we do we’re not staying anywhere else.
