Really? My child ordered double butter and they gave him Carmel. When my child complained they said double butter is Carmel and then refused to return the bag. Really? Really? (Aug 31at around 3:30 pm)

Best popcorn place ever. People here are so kind, service is fast and amazing! And the popcorn is always super fresh!! Many different flavours to choose from and popcorn always filled right to the top!! Love this place, will never go to another kernels again!

Never been to Kernals before. Received a $10 gift card for the store and thought I'd check it out Nov. 22, 2021. Staff were attentive while busy making popcorn. Store very clean and tidy with a nicely laid out front counter display. Numerous options of popcorn to choose from! Something for every craving! Staff made suggestions and I settled on a large bag of double caramel...which lasted over several days and stayed fresh in a resealable bag. Awesome popcorn!

Oh man fresh popcorn... I can't walk past Kernels without wanting a bag or maybe even two. The staff are very friendly and know there popcorn! There service is fast and efficient no complaints here. The only issue is that you get into the movie mode as you walk by... Highly recommended!

An owner that cares about his customers. Yes, it's just popcorn. But I choose not to make my own because I will always go out of my way to be engaged by an owner who takes a genuine interest and engages in thoughtful conversation with his clients. And the buttersalt is pretty outstanding.

Not sure if the older lady working there had an issue but the head shaking and whispering after they had to change my bag of popcorn from a medium to a large on account of getting a discount from goodlife was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. Poor customer service.

Waited in line for 39 mins and was told they didn’t have caramel and no time to make any. What a joke. Your job is to make popcorn…guess they only hire the best.

Yummy popcorn of many different flavors. With different sizes, deals, and seasoning shakers to be purchased, it is a one stop shop for popcorn lovers. While a little pricey it is still definitely worth it.
