There are many choices in the Comox Valley to purchase flooring. Some are good some are not so good and some are just down right excellent. I’m so glad l went with Showroom Flooring. It was a great experience from start to finish. Daina was very helpful in the selection of flooring that fit my taste and budget. The installers Julian and Wade were so great and awesome at what they do. They started the job on the day l needed it started and always left everything clean at the end of the day. I highly recommend this business for your flooring needs.

Staff let you browse, which is great because they have a ton of stuff. Worth putting up with the weird parking lot.

We had a bad quote experience with the warehouse outfit at the other end of town so ended up dropping into the showroom to look at kitchen backsplash tile. Julian was very patient....we don't do renovation decisions very well together. We picked a very unique bevelled tile at his suggestion. Job turned out beautifully despite inevitable delays over Covid and the first installer who refused to do it on arrival (?). Julian's calm cool follow up and communication was excellent at all stages. He even special ordered samples from the Dalla warehouse for us. Will deal with him again in a heartbeat! Thanks to the Showroom team for an excellent experience.

These guys are the best in town. As a designer in the Valley I used them all the time. Great quality. Lots of selection. Amazing service. Highly recommend! Miss all of our great meetings!
