Wow! This place offers great customer service. I normally buy my backpacks here and they are super reliable and a great value. Recently, I bought one and the stitching was loose. When I went in and asked for an exchange, they were more than happy to get me one, and made it very easy. They made sure I was satisfied and were extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Really enjoyed the pleasant friendly service here. Samsonite does have a great reputation for luggage. They also offer some great Disney themed luggage but its Disney so its priced accordingly.

my 1 star review pertains only to their crediting for returns... I paid in cash and when I returned an item, I was told they'd have to mail a cheque that should be received within 2 weeks... a policy that could very easily be mentioned when someone is paying cash especially these days when so few people pay that way. A very unfair policy to the consumer.
