Two Doulas

We worked with Heather for the prenatal classes as well as the postpartum support package. Heather is the perfect mix of professional and compassionate. We really appreciated her informed evidenced-base approach and highly recommend to new parents!

I reached out to Jenny at the tail end of my pregnancy. Luckily she was available, and we begun to get to know one another through a few preparatory calls and texts. I also met her partner Heather. It’s been two days since I’ve delivered and am now fully convinced that not only should every woman be required to have a doulas support- they should have Jenny. Being highly sensitive (both her and myself) she anticipated every single need I had from start to finish without ever having to voice it. Her presence is calm, grounding, reassuring, yet also firm at the perfect times. I simply would not have had as positive an experience had she not been there. She provides incredible physical relief, and really empowers you to listen to your own body as all the decisions of bringing a child into the world come up. Do not hesitate in reaching out to her, you will be deeply glad that you did.

Jenny accompanied me at the hospital for the birth of my first child. She was calm and reassuring. Exactly what I needed. We met twice before and texted a lot after my baby's birth. I am quite the anxious person and needed exactly this type of person to help me through this MAJOR life event. THANK YOU !Thank you as well to heather for the post-partum care (and the muffins :p) You are so understanding and sweet.Would recommend to any friend and will surely book them again if I have the joy of having a second baby !

Lee is amazing. The guidance and support we received throughout the pregnancy, during my crazy and intense labour, and postpartum was invaluable. She's always available for questions and full of so much great advice. You truly feel cared for. We could not have done it without her!

Working with Jenny and Lee was truly an outstanding experience, especially as first time parents. Both Jenny and Lee have a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum recovery. Everything about being pregnant and recovering from childbirth felt less scary because they really made us feel like they had our backs. I knew I could text or call either one of them regardless of the time of day and would receive a tremendous amount of support with zero judgement. Throughout my labor and delivery, Jenny was amazing to both myself and my fiancé and my postpartum recovery was a breeze thanks to Lee! When I found out I was pregnant, I started researching doulas and after looking at a number of different profiles, I just couldn’t read any more after reading about Two Doulas. So we made a date to meet up and talk about what we were looking for. During our first meeting we had so much fun that I was absolutely confident that we had found the right team. Jenny & Lee are a great pair and they compliment each other so very well. My husband and I wanted to learn as much as we could about the whole process so we signed up for their prenatal classes as well as their pre- and post-natal visits (The Whole Package). We really appreciated their approach to teaching and the experience that they have in being able to answer our questions. Whenever I had and still have questions, they are always there for me with helpful advice and answers. When I went into labour, Jenny was there for us at every step of the way and was always encouraging me to ask questions and to help us feel confident that we were doing things that felt right for us. With her help and encouragement we were able to have a super positive experience and natural labour. When we came home with our beautiful baby we felt confident and reassured that we had all the support we needed to look after this tiny new person in our lives. It was so comforting for me knowing that Jenny or Lee was coming to visit. Even after our last meeting they are so encouraging to keep in touch or ask them questions. They have been such an important part of this experience for us. I couldn’t imagine doing it any other way.

Jenny and Lee provided us with the tools, guidance and emotional support we needed to build our confidence and prepare for the awesome experience of parenthood.

Jenny and Lee are both amazing! This was our first birth and having them available, both in person and over text and phone, was a huge support for me and my partner. They are both incredibly knowledgable and experienced which made us feel well-informed and confident in our new adventure as parents. They both work in a holistic way that helped me overcome some of my prenatal and postpartum anxiety, as feel supported emotionally, mentally, and physically. They work in a non-judgemental way which made us feel comfortable to make our own choices throughout the process, including how we chose to labour as well as feed and sleep after the birth. I highly recommend their services for anyone who feels they need an advocate during the birth and supports before and after.

I am eternally grateful to Jenny for being my birth doula. Jenny was amazing, informative, and always gave positive words of affirmation. I was new to the Montreal healthcare system and Jenny always took the time to answer all my questions and was a calming presence. Thank you so much Jenny for your kindness, patience, and warmth!

We just had our baby and Heather was an amazing support for the both of us. She helped us navigate through the hospital experience and provided amazing support and calm during the birth. The prenatal classes were a goldmine of information but my biggest take out of all this was learning how to be a better support for my wife during the pregnancy and the birth. Thanks again!
