If Malik Hira says he will call you, don’t count on it. He is a man of untrusted words. Several times he told me that he would call me to finalize business…. He never did. Two weeks later I confronted him at the bank and he said we spoke and he quoted me as saying that I had no more questions. We never spoke at all.Every time he comes up with a different excuse after that. He should be in the business of selling excuses.

We were booked for an appointment (3 weeks in advance) and once we were there, found out the person is on holiday. Another staff just briefly for 5 minutes tried to look into our inquiry. We have now been waiting to hear back for almost 4 weeks with our Discharge papers and still have many accounts open in TD, their customer service is terrible. I have even contacted the staff remember number of times leaving messages and no response . we will now be closing all our investment accounts and will pull out our money.

Unfortunately, my experience at the TD Canada Pickering 1822 Whites Road has not been positive. I found their staff incompetent. They discriminate against colored people and I found their attitude racist. Each staff member provides a different information which is contradictory to the others. They do not provide you the opportunity to discuss your concern with the manager. They always say manager is not here or in the meetings all day. I suggest people to refrain using this bank unless they make positive changes.

I would give zero star if I could. Poor customer service! Will never return to this branch! I asked for a bank draft and the teller tried to convince me to switch over my account to something new and better for me".I had to tell her the amount 3 times because she forgot (or did not pay attention the 1st time). I asked if she would wave the fee of $9.95

2023Still 5 star review...staff at this location much better than any TD location I have been to.They try to help as much as possible.2021If you are brown or black or Chinese customer in Pickering. I recommend coming to this branch.Staff is mostly same and friendly. they really help you .They created my account in 10 mins when Liverpool branch staff was not even ready to talk.

My mother worked at this location for a very long time. After she died. This location acted like she never existed. Claudia especially gave us the run around bouncing us back and forth between 800 numbers and then to return to the branch to settle mother's estate. We didn't want to continue doing biz with TD.. they lost all interest in our claims and questions... Claudia actually walked away & hid when we arrived yesterday. Disgusting behavior by a truly soulless branch. My mother would be disgusted by your actions.Almost two years now...Not even a robot to send an automatic" message..."

I had an incident where their ATM malfunctioned and took $140 cash from the overall quantity I was trying to deposit but didn't record the transaction in my account. I had to call back a few times to get the status of my claim, which was annoying. However, when I dealt with Rowan, I got my money back same day. He was determined to find resolutions and kept to his word. Deal with Rowan, you'll get places.
