For 14 years they having been moving my pianos. Best movers ever. Very knowledgeable about pianos. Will always hire them.

I asked for them to move a piano from a rural area. They lied constantly about their location and ended up going over the border when the piano pick up was in Manitoba!! I did not follow through with their employment, as they were extremely unprofessional and unable to follow the directions we gave them to the pick up.

Andrew (and his team) moved a very old piano for us, and he tuned it once it was in place. We were very pleased! He also repaired a few small things that had deteriorated over the years. Andrew really knows his stuff, and has the tools and materials to fix at least small things on site, to get a piano sounding its best (I believe he also restores pianos). A year later he let us know that he would be passing near our town, so we got him to tune it again now that it has settled in. It sounds wonderful! Andrew is friendly and pleasant to work with, and everything we have spent has been well worth it. We told him that he must never retire.

Andrew and his team responded to my phone call and moved my piano same day. Very quick and I felt safe with my piano in their hands. Would recommend!

Hired Andrew to move a piano from a 3rd party to my house. I provided all of the information in writing so that he could connect with the pick-up location direct. Received a call saying they were on the way but had not contacted the pick up location to make arrangements prior so no one was home. Rescheduled to another day and all of the proper arrangements were made. They were at the house ready to pick-up the piano when he called to confirm and the price changed during that conversation. Also let me know at that time that he would only accept cash for the move - didn't have that criteria in the initial call. As I didn't have cash on hand and was not able to run the bank I told him to cancel the move. Have hired another moving company and will have the piano moved. This is disappointing as Andrew had moved pianos for us in the past. Poor customer service.

Called to move a piano. Andrew was able to move that same Saturday! Very knowledgable when it comes to pianos. Doesn't return phone calls as well, but probably becasue he was so busy lining-up movers.

We recently asked Andrew to repair, tune and move a piano. His attitude is always professional and he is honest and straightforward when it comes to a piano. We purchased one from him 25 years ago and still call upon him when we need his services. He is an excellent piano technician and he would rather repair the piano than throw it away, but he will still be honest if there is nothing he can do, and his prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend Andrew’s Piano to anyone that needs these services.

Andrew was meticulous in tuning our piano. Knowledgeable, with decades of experience, he took the time to explain what he was doing, and why. Excellent service and *extremely* reasonable rate. I will use him again!

Andrew is courteous and professional. He is honest and deeply dedicated to his work. I will be asking Andrew for a newer piano when the time is right.
