I purchased a 2012 Ram 1500 and at 30k it developed a starting issue. The dealer attempted to find and fix the problem multiple times unsuccessful. After the warranty was up they finally found the problem and made the repair, but now manufacturer won't extended the warranty period to cover the cost. They also have known issues with exhaust manifold bolts breaking and refuse to extend any warranty to affected owners. I just paid over $1200 to repair issues that should have been covered by this manufacturer. Congratulations FCA, you've lost another customer, and you can expect that I will be telling anyone willing to listen about how I was treated by this company.

If I could give it a zero star or highly not recommended I would. This is pertaining to your mississauga Bancroft location. I came in a few months ago because my ac unit fan burnt out. They replaced it however, right after the service I heard a weird rumble. Had to take my car back 5 times till they realized there was an issue. They kept sending me home with loner vehicles and then when I picked it up they'd say nothing is wrong. What is worst is they'd leave me with a loner vehicle weeks at a time. The last time I brought it in they had my car for 2.5 weeks (apparently that's how long it takes to order an American car part) everytime I called to get an update they'd tell me Amanda is my service advisor I need to wait and speak with her for updates. And for 2.5 weeks she'd never call to update me or call me back. (If I could write a separate review for her I would...extremely rude, not professional and should have been fired a long time ago). When we finally got a manager on the phone he said they're waiting on parts. Finally, they gave me back the car with the rumble noise still there. They sent me home with the noise and said when it gets louder come back. Now it's a few months ahead and I'm stuck at the side of the road becuase the noise is so loud and my car is shaking. We're about 1.3km from the Bancroft location and had to call roadside assistance. We called and someone who sounded like Amanda answered (she didnt introduce herself, nor did she share her name) we told her we're stuck at the side of the road and asked if we get towed to your location, can she get us a loner car. This was at 5:30pm. She told us that the rental company is closed at 6 so no. Then we asked for one in the morning she said no. We had to ask her why since she didnt want to elaborate or even speak on the phone. She said it's a new policy

I have Chrysler Pacifica the van has many transmission problems, every time you turn, either left or right, or when you’re at a red light and behind to accelerate, the car pushes forward as if you got hit from the back and then it begins to decelerate. In many cases, I almost had an accident with the person driving behind me, as well as my car pushed forward once and I hit the bumper on the sidewalk. The warranty is bullshit because it doesn’t cover it, and they won’t do anything about it. I’m about to file a suit because this car is expensive and no one wants to help me fix it. If something happens to me and my family I will sue you.

2014 Dodge Ram 3500. We have been working on trying to collect a reimbursement since November of 2017. We were were notified of a recall for a water pump - with no solution way back in the summer of 2017. Yup, the pump failed on October of 2017 (still no fix from FCA). We paid for a tow, and the repair. Called FCA and they told us we had to wait until the recall part was in, then get it fixed again (as the part we had had installed may be defective). So in MARCH 2018 we get the truck in for the recall repair....send in all the documents to FCA.....waited until the end of April for a response....they want more paper work......we gather more paper work and send it in...they receive it all May 11......we have been calling every week since then.....still NOTHING. They keep saying it's under review! Lovely people at the claims center , I don't blame them - but get real FCA...what does this say about the company that they have so many claims that it take MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!! Don't even get me started about the number of recalls that we've had on this truck. Never ever buy a dodge.....time to call the CEO - his number can be found on line by searching FCA Canad Inc.

Just bought a 2016 Dodge Charger Hellcat brand new with 200 kms and I have noticed that it has a vibration in the steering wheel. I made an appointment with the service dept to have it looked at and they advised me that I need 2 Pirelli tires as they cannot get them to balance. They advised me that they don't warranty tires and that I would have to call the tire manufacturer and they would look after the problem. Well after 3 phone calls nothing has happened and FCA customer service is a joke to say the least!!!! If anyone is thinking about buying a FCA product please do your home work first!! How does a company let someone purchase a car for $100,000.00 and then have myself jump through hoops to try and get this issue sorted out at my expense. This experience has been terrible and I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from FCA. The service departments sells tires to customer when they are worn out but will not assist in anyway if a New tire has a problem. How much sense does this make??

I am highly disappointed the car I purchased from the shop. I bought a brand new car Dodge Caravan back in 2015, I took care a lot of this car but in vein. It began giving me a trouble right from the beginning. Like brakes issues, front passenger site door was not aligned properly I noticed it right after a week of purchase. The bad things it's Tyre was so low quality it lost its internal thread when the milage was only 50000km on it. I was told not covered under coverage policy. The worst thing happened just now in Feb, 2022, when I noticed an oil leakage, it was diagnosed as Engine oil coolant leakage and transmission pipe leakage. I was shocked as I took care a lot of this car, it is still low mileage only 76000 km and I used to park it in a garage but all in vein.I contacted customer services on many occasions didnt get a proper response. I'd say highly low quality materials is used in this car. I will never buy this brand again. I highly do not recommend.

Warranty Issue - vehicle at 62K (2K outside warranty) ONLY 30 month old truck and AC goes ($2k to fix and they wont cover). An AC!!! -it's not like it gets a lot of use - we live in Canada - it was used what, maybe 6-8 months total!!!! And try to work with them on it- all you will get is corporate gibberish regurgitated to you from their agents. They don't seem to want to help you when it is a warranty issue, but they don't seem to mind that I need to take a day to get all the RECALLS fixed !!! I had 5 recall notices on this truck! Lease is up in 3 months and I will need a new vehicle - so a dsipute over $2K and I will be leasing a $60K vehicle from Ford or import. Talk about cutting of your nose to spite your face.

Be aware buyers!! This business sells quality compromised vehicles that come with a lot of miscommunication, deceiving and poorest customer service in Canada. You want to spend thousands of dollars not on garbage vehicles and bare minimum customer service !!! forget it before you regret it

My car is in their garage for 2 weeks waiting for a part that it is being delayed by the Chrysler manufacturer duo to issues with current logistics situation in the world post COVID.I get it. I really do. But the minimum I would expect from them is to offer me some support, a loaner or retal in partneship with the dealership.They say they can't help me because my extended warrany" expired by 15k.
