When you walk into Specs on Pearl, you are greeted with smiles and an adorable little puppy. Love everyone in here and super helpful with what looks stylish for yourself and not just what's on trend. Took my kids for their eye exams and they felt super comfortable as well! Kudos to Specs on Pearl!

Had a very good experience at this location. A very knowledgeable employee assisted my mother and I, and helped us choose frames to try. She made suggestions based on our face type and needs, and we were pleasantly surprised by the choices! Styles we would not normally try ended up being our favourite! Higher end products, so prices were higher than elsewhere. Also, the frames are locked, so an associate is required to try them. Lastly, only paid parking available.

This is the ONLY place I will go to for all my eyewear needs. This team is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They literally pick a frame for you and they are right EVERY time. Just got 2 pairs of glasses and sunglasses and cannot wait to receive them!!!! Many thanks Specs on Pearl.

Beth and her team are top shelf.I have been dealing with Beth for years and moved out of the area 2yrs ago so it wasn't convenient for me to go to Burlington. I went to a local eye doctor to have my prescription updated. I sat with them to discuss prices of which I found very high. I contacted Beth and she was a significantly different in price that it made it worth while for me to go back to Specs on Pearl.You truly feel like family when you visit.Keep up the great work and Thank You Beth

I have been going to Specs for years and would never think of going anywhere else. Beth and her staff are customer service oriented, professional, very patient and know their stuff - not to mention their frame selection is to die for! Absolutely stunning inventory.

The only place I shop at for my sunglasses. They have a great selection of designer brands. The staff are all super friendly and very helpful. Katelyn is wonderful and I often have her helping me choose my sunnies. I describe what Im looking for and they nail it every time with finding a frame that suits me. I also love their honestly if a frame doesn't look so great on me. They don't pressure you to buy either. Always leave there happy and that's why I always go back even if its just for a quick pop in to get my sunglasses cleaned or adjusted. Thanks Specs on Pearl!

I wouldn’t think to go anywhere else but Specs on Pearl! They’ve always had great customer service over the years, especially when my pair of Chanel eye glasses broke unexpectedly. There were able to find me a new pair in no time with little hassle and absolutely no issues! :) Thank you always!

The level of customer service provided at Spec on Pearl is spectacular. Better than the boutique glasses stores in Toronto, Beth in particular has an amazing eye for frames that suit you. The superb customer services combined with an excellent choice of frames means this store will not disappoint.
