Always happy to visit Palazzo Salon. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Sasha is amazing with my hair, always exceeds my expectations. She is super nice and friendly, and the only person my 5yo would allow to cut/do her hair. Very happy with the services. Highly recommend!

My name is Louise McLean , this weekend on Saturday I had made an Appointment for hair trim and similar style as I was wearing.I was greeted by the reception . In a short time Britney my stylist announced she was ready for me. Britney after a lovely wash directed me to the stylist chair from thereattentively listened to my wishes. Britney trimmed and styled my hair doing a great job …. she was professional and well trained... Great hair stylist ! I got my hair cut and styled by Brittney, she did a fantastic job! She explained what would work best for my hair in a way that made sense, we were able to come up with a plan to reach my long term hair goals, and she styled my hair in curls that lasted all day (which is surprising because my hair usually goes flat in a couple hours) I hadn't been to a hairdresser in over a year, and was very anxious about getting a haircut due to terrible past experiences at other salons in the area, but Brittney has restored my faith in hairdressers! I definitely will be coming back

Great, friendly service! I went for a long hair cut and style, and the atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly. Not only did I feel completely comfortable, Kendra did a wonderful job listening to what i wanted, and a lovely job washing, cutting, and styling my hair! To top this experience off, the pricing was awesome, thank you guys so much for the great job :)

It was my first time in Palazzo Salon and the staff were attentive and humble. I loved my haircut done by Danielle and she was nice and patient. Thank you Danielle for the beautiful haircut. I highly recommend this place.Danielle did an awesome job by coloring my hair and the staff have a great team spirit by collaborating together. Danielle puts her heart and soul in doing her job. The staff are understanding and awesome.

I was looking for a new stylist and glad I read the reviews on Google for Palazzo. I booked online to have my hair highlighted/colored and cut with the first available stylist and was scheduled with Tiffany who did a outstanding job getting rid of my grey and giving me a new gorgeous look. I'm very happy with the result and will now become a regular client.

This salon is absolutely the best! It’s so nice the staff are all welcoming. Taylor is my stylist she has brought my hair Color to exactly what I’ve been looking for that others COULD NOT DO! I feel like her and I have been friends for years! It’s by far the best salon in Welland! You won’t be disappointed!!

I’ve been coming here for years seeing Taylor for my hair. I always leave so happy and satisfied with what I get done! Today I had my first sugaring experience with Brittany and she made me feel much more relaxed throughout the whole process by talking and making sure there wasn’t any silence! I will be coming back for more salon and spa services! ☺️
