I would not recommend this business, loosy custom service, don't trust the vehicle certification here at all, not safe, I ended up getting this truck repaired somewhere else, Aziz BS me about the brakes, I had to get them redone, all four tires leaks - he said the sensors are we're not working, they do and when I check the tires pressure its low, radio stop working, they repainted the truck in their tent at the back, they didn't even scuff it before painting it, it's flaking off,,,really? I should have taken the truck to the Ministry for a proper inspection- they would have loss their license for sure

Bought a 2010 dodge ram SLT. The price was great and it came certified. I trusted them and that was my first mistake. walking into the dealership" it looks like a chop shop. Talking to the sales person I realized quickly they use "Offshore parts" to fix vehicles(cheap parts).I have almost owned the vehicle a year and have put over 10k into an 8k truck. I had to replace the tires almost immediately they were worn so badly on the inside. within the first 5 months I had put 4500$(rotted parking brake

I bought a 2012 F150, it came with new brakes/brake pads. The owner is very nice, not pushy. Busy place but they make time for their customers. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Great experience. I bought ford focus from them. Wonderful car. Smooth working. No complaint at all. Strongly recommend. According to my budget, I got perfect car. They have too much variety of cars on good price.

My experience was decent. Being my first carin Canada and small budget, I found Gardiner cars where well price. My struggle came when I realized the engine light which was erased and kept. Even after multiple visits post purchased it was not repaired but the codes were cleared using device.I paid for my choice, had to add more to the price in getting things fixed hence landed to be paying more than the market at the end.Overall prices are average; cars are old and rusty but again we choose it over the price hence can't cry. they do work on the exterior (paints etc) before placing it on sale hence looks wise they are all shiny.It's buyers risk to check and buy an old car so do your own research, weigh the choice and then make the deal.Cheers

horrible and shady! Firstly I was not spoken to the same as my husband was. We bought a suv and paid to get it safetied and for a warranty, one week after we got it the abs started to just go off on me, all the lights on the dash went on, and then it started to lag on me and then just stopped working all together! We took it to a shop and they assured us the oil was almost empty and they most definitely didn't do the oil change they said they did and they lied on the sticker they even put in the window. They told us they put a new battery in, well they put a battery in from 2012... who knows if they even did the other things they said they did to safety the vehicle for us.

I had a great experience with Gardiner Motors. They were easy to work with, super helpful. After I bought my car, any small problems I had I called the owner and he helped me out no problem. I definitely recommend buying your used car here!

Got an amazing deal on our purchase and they sold like 7 other cars while we were there! There was even a guy from Barrie that came down to buy something. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Run, don’t walk from this dealership. Purchased a vehicle, a full safety was not completed, though they gave papers, certified! It did not have a working drivers side seatbelt, missing the side panel of the door. Many dents all over the vehicle, terrible paint job, looked like it had been spray painted. Trust your gut with this place! They broke my windshield upon me picking up the truck, so they went to fix it, which took them 2 hours to do in a random back parking lot 15 minutes away, to then realize no seatbelt was installed. So we were on the phone with the owner very frustrated calling stating we wanted financial compensation of $1,000 for the hassle and it not being available as agreed upon. They then drove away from us speeding down the highway doing at least 140km/h to get away from us weaving in and out of traffic, IN MY TRUCK, UNDER MY INSURANCE AND OWNERSHIP! Had to call 911, and report MY vehicle as stolen to which we ended up settling with getting our money back. Drove 2.5 hours thinking we were getting a good deal, it’s too good to be true! Trust your gut when you see the place! Cops said this most definitely was not their first time at the place, which means they do this often. Thieves!!! And don’t let them get away with the lie that all the bad reviews are people putting on fake ones because they want them to lose business to benefit theirs. Absolute lie, the fake reviews are the full star reviews!
