Skin used to be crispy and nice. Now it's mush and slides off. Fries are not very good as well.

I don’t eat meat often but special occasions often result in different food choices. I remember KFC from those crispy tasty finger licking good days over a decade ago. Unfortunately it wasn’t up to the standard of my expectation. Perhaps the recipe changed and crispy isn’t in these days. Good reason to wait another decade to see if it returns to it’s original recipe and preparation…

Placed an online order, received the order after 1.30 hours when they guaranteed to deliver in 40 minutes. They charge $5 for delivery and deliver after 1.30. My both drinks are missing, 6 set of cookies are missing. Trying to contact the store more than 10 times on their website mentioned number but they don’t even care about picking the call. Pathetic service

U can t tell what the actual piece of chicken is,they re cut and double cut,the gravy is now just a brown gravy ,truely not the same,the Cornel is probably rolling in his grave for what Kentucky Fried Chicken has become ,,very very disappointed

Placed an online order for pick up. Got a call en route that they were short several items we had ordered so we cancelled the order and picked up food elsewhere. Almost a week later and we still have not been refunded the $ paid, which was close to $60. Not very happy with this location.Uodate: after 3 emails and calling this location and being told a manager would call me back (but never did), I sent a message to the KFC Canada FB page. They finally answered it a week later but were able to give me my refund very quickly.

All the food delivered was cold and the chicken was so oily ! And the chicken tasted and looked like that it was fried, cooked in burnt brown oil .I have never tasted takeout chicken that tasted this bad !
