We mentioned during our visit that we as yet have inteternet. The guy went out of his way to see if a service truck had been down there. Which it had not. He mentioned to come and get a discount card.

Excellent Service. I was very pleased with the experience I had. The staff was very knowledgeable and quick to assist with questions I had about my hardware upgrade

I was running late and was unable to discuss my issues with the manager. The associate I dealt with was very great, but the corporate policy on exchanges is unacceptable. $63 is apparently the cost of a future customer.

These guys are great! Knowledgeable and helpful, with an A+ for customer service. Special shoutout to the manager, Zoe, who went above and beyond to make sure I got the best plans for my new phone despite some technical issues, even going so far as to drive to another store to pick up the phone for me. Also, Carey, Hanfeng and Liam for being great sales associates who deal with their customer in a polite and efficient manner. This outlet is highly recommended!

What a great team! I stopped in with the intention of connecting an additional line to our Virgin Plus services, & once that was done, the store manager (Zoe) asked me about our Bell Five home services. When I was done, I'd connected the additional line, saved a ton of money on my Fibe home services, plus picked up some Christmas gifts with the in-store credits I'd earned!A great team, & I'm glad I stopped in.

They sell decent electronics but I've had mixed results with the service here.

Do Not Shop Here EverThe store is the worst excuse of an establishment i have ever seen. Only shop here if you want to be ripped off. The customer service is beyond abysmal and not in the slightest bit helpful at all and most dont know courteousness if it bit them. All i wanted was to return an ipad which was still in the box wiped clean of data and memory and still in the plastic because i saw one that was bigger and better and cheaper somewhere else and they told me they had a policy and wouldnt do it and to come back on Mon so i did and the manager who they said was authorized to help me was no help at all and gave me a number to which also was useless as a one legged cow. Apparently they dont return apple products because of a policy from apple itself which i find strange because it is nowwhere else. That is the last time i shop here and if shoppers want to respected i suggest you do the same. This is the first time i have problems with this store but i decided it will be the last . Miserable disgrace of a business DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER !!!!!

Lots of good products at a good price but the sales guy was way too pushy

Great customer service, staff go above and beyond to help you. Would 100% recommend.
