I have seen her for dermaplaning, microneedling, laser hair removal, and I will see her for virtually any of the services she offers!She knows her skincare well, and will help boost your confidence in your skin. 10/10 recommend

I went in on Saturday with my daughter and we both got lip filler .I will break down my experience .1st the receptionist is an amazing women , I think I liked her the best ☺️ I got a lip filler and I am happy with the result . My only suggestion is allowing the client to have a little more say in how fast they want to move in the treatment plan . I have to come back 2 more times to add a lip flip and more filler and I was hoping to do it on one shot .My daughter only got half of what we thought she was getting and she doesn’t see any change in her lip so she will have to come back . If we had just done the full from the start she would have been a happy camper .I do recommend Monica she was lovely , overall very happy just a little unhappy about how long this will take to actually get to where I want to be ☺️

Monica has a strong and wonderful reputation within the Alberta medical aesthetics industry as both a trainer and injector! When I had the opportunity to see her do her thing as a trainer during a session at our clinic — I was blown away and first hand got to witness why she was so highly revered! She displayed such a deep knowledge of facial anatomy, injecting techniques and product knowledge while simultaneously being able to effectively convey that knowledge to our novice injectors with ease. The training was invaluable to our team. Also, from a hiring perspective, we have hired a few nurses that were fortunate enough to do extensive one-on-one training at Beauty Lab with Monica — these nurses were able to apply their training and have been some of the best new hires we’ve had! As a clinic owner, when hiring amongst a sea of new injectors, Beauty Lab trainees have typically shown us a quick ability to hit the ground running :)

I’m so incredibly upset. I spent almost $1000 on botox and filler and my face is completely uneven. I know they offer a touch up at two weeks but it’s so bad I had to book a consultation with a plastic surgical clinic to correct and it’s so bad I would never go back to them because I can’t trust them to correct it. I also mentioned three times, I wanted a lip flip in my consultation. That’s my go-to procedure. I’m not a person who likes conflict but the person who administered my procedures to me I didn’t need it after it being part of my consultation and agreed upon. I said I would like it and she told me if I wanted it to come back. It was literally one of the things I came for. She didn’t raise concerns during the consultation so I assumed I was getting it. Really disappointed and upset and wouldn’t recommend. I did appreciate the level of effort she put in so I tipped $150 but overall, no. Botox is so standard, no professional spa should be botching it at this point and if you’re going to do a procedure you agreed to in the consultation process and then refuse while you have a needle in someone’s head, that’s a big professional miss.

I don’t know why I haven’t posted my sooner! For 10+ years I’ve been going to Monica and I recommend her to anyone thinking about getting Botox, a mini lip, a vitamin drip, teeth whitening… the list is endless. Great location with parking right up front which makes stopping by super convenient.
