Circle K

Faced Freezing rain at 7 in the morning just to get creamer for my coffee and they were not open according to their listed hours of operation. Started my day angry because of this clear display of incompetence.

Need to update store hours. I got to Circle K at 11 pm tonight , Google said it closes at midnight, but apparently closes at 11 pm. Even the one on may and dease same hours. I had to struggle through the deep snow to get to the one on Franklin and Arthur, Hours there are correct.

Always got lots of choices for snacks and cool music playing but it's a gamble if they're actually open. Sometimes they're open, sometimes they're not.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Mac’s (now called circle K) since 2013. At first, the store was great. It always had what I needed such as their tornados and pop drinks, and there was always no problems with their service. Forward to now, I’ve been having complaints of the store always running out of things and it takes them a while to restock compared to other Circle K stores. Sometimes they never bring back items that were once there for months or even years! There used to be Mountain Dew Baja Blast in the store for a couple of weeks but they stopped restocking it and it eventually came back MONTHS LATER after I told them to bring it back consecutive times. This same problem was with Coca-Cola Vanilla, but it took them about 8 months to re-stock it but they only had the diet version of it which was extremely disappointing. Another instance was with the Milk-To-Go Banana flavour drink being gone for quite some time (more than a year now) and it still isn’t there to this day. I remember that drink being there since 2013. Also, the mayonnaise hasn’t been stocked the two times I’ve been there in the past month so that was quite a bummer. These may seem like small occurrences but it adds up. There has been other issues I’ve had with other items being gone but I feel like I’ve said enough. I will be taking my business to the May street Circle K from now on.

Terrible reliability, I've shown up at 9:45pm when they were supposed to be open until 11 to find it locked, & today I tried to stop in at 2:50pm only to find the door locked & a tiny note saying 'back in 15 minutes'. No clue how long that note has been there, I waited 10 minutes but had to catch a bus to work. I think I've been locked out of this store during hours that they should be open more often than I've been able to go in.

Yesterday I went to the store and the guy name Amit was working there, I must say he was very helpful in finding me my cheap drink and even counted my bunch of change for my purchase. Thanks a lot for your help really appreciated.

Tried exchanging change but due to policy or whatever the cashier enforced, I couldn't get any. 1 star for the experience and waste of my time.
