Received our flu shots today. We booked online and appreciated this option as I was able to coordinate for my busy family of 5. We arrived early. The check in was smooth and the person who checked us in was friendly and joyful. The waiting was minimal. The pharmacist that administered the shots was confident and thorough. All in all, a great experience. Many thanks to all on staff for making this a pleasant experience.

I went in today because I saw on the website that there were walk in flu shots available. When I asked at pharmacy I was told that they are not doing them right at this time because they are too busy. As I was walking away I said to my dad who was with me that they needed to update their website. The woman at pharmacy then called back that they couldn’t update it and all I needed to do was ask, this was said in a rude tone. I was not speaking to her and her reply was unnecessary. This interaction makes me reluctant to come back to this location and I believe better customer service training is needed.

This store and pharmacy needs to close down. Open a shoppers and everyone be happy. Everytime you go in there get your items no one is present at the registers and you have to find someone to ring up your purchases. Surprised they weren't robbed yet

Every single time I go to get my prescriptions they “don’t have it”, “there is no refill”, or “there’s no fax for your prescriptions” I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 8 months now and will be switching. Should have switched the first time I had to have my doctor fax over my prescription 5 times in a row.

Drop a prescription today for my daughter who went through 4 wisdom teeth removal. The “lady” at the counter checked the prescription and because it had Tylenol 2 she said it would take at least half an hour. 1.5 hours later the prescription was not yet ready, my daughter is in pain. I went to pharmacy and the “lady” said they cannot dispense the tylenol 2 because the OHIP number of my daughter was not in the prescription. I asked why she did not mention that to me at the time of the prescription? She said it was not her responsibility to oversee this things. I have to go back to the dental office, get a new prescription, and come back. Total time lost 2:45. When I complained to lady about how this could have been avoided if she had checked the prescription early, she just said that was not her responsibility, and called a “piece of shit”. Great customer service.

Welcome to the 21st century. People do things after 6pm on Saturday. Why are you operating like you're still in 1985.Guess I know why everyone goes to shoppers drug mart.

Terrible service. Everyone who works there is miserable and rude. I bought a few things there the other day and noticed the sale price wasn’t coming up for the makeup item I was purchasing. I politely asked the cashier about it and he was really defensive, said it was probably a labelling error. Either way I’m not going back there.

Pranay, the pharmacist, was not only rude, but he seemed far too incompetent to be a pharmacist. The level of disorganization that I witnessed while watching him work was absurd. I cannot wrap my head around the fact that someone such as himself is responsible for the health of others. Simply asking him questions about certain drugs or healthcare elicits a response littered with sarcasm and attitude. The only pleasant thing that happened during my visit was my interaction with the pharmacy technician, Susan. She was very kind, and made what would have been an otherwise awful experience slightly more pleasant. All I can say is, if you have the displeasure of interacting with Pranay, I feel bad for you.

Very helpful staff at the pharmacy and at store level. I have no problems getting my prescription filled. I get my prescription faxed to them and they call me when it is ready.
