My brother and I babysat our friend's kids here, kids didn't want to leave when mom came to pick them up. Best review right there. They'll be talking about it for days.Morning is nice, not rowdy at all, workers fresh-faced and pleasant. I wish parents would interact with their kids more (and enforce the rules), rather than scroll on their phones, but I digress.Removed 1 star for cleanliness. Needs more deep cleaning in general. I could go into detail, but I won't. Toilets were fine.Entry price reasonable for a safe indoor playground! Pizza surprisingly satisfactory. I liked their style of Hawaiian.Is there aircon? Kids heads were dripping with sweat. I was pretty warm, too.

This place was good in that it was super slow on a weekday afternoon. There is a water fountain. The downside is that you can't bring in outside food and there aren't really healthy options (fries, hot dogs and such) and it's not cost effective (6$ for a hot dog). The trampolines cost extra ($6) and you must have grippy socks (bring them or they are about 4$). Entry fee is $15 (1-3 y/o) or $20 for older ages, parents cost extra (2-3$ depending on the day you go), So all together I spent about $30 for entry and tramp expenses. Arcade and everything is extra. It wasn't super dirty, but could be cleaner. My kiddo doesn't notice these things and she had fun. Came from another city, prefer other options.

Visited there for my kid's friend's party.So much fun!!Had seen every kids enjoyed it.All staffs who I talked or asked some question were friendly.Great service.Sanitized table quickly and cleaned washroom often.Again it's SO MUCH FUN place!!

Had my daughter’s fourth birthday party here last weekend and we had a great experience. The kids had an absolute blast and the parents loved it as well. The staff was so helpful & on tops of things - very impressed and would definitely recommend for a stress free kid’s party experience.

Came back to Jungle Jacks for the second time! Amazing atmosphere. Very nostalgic. I was surprised to receive free popcorn with the 6 pizza I got with my son. Amazing nice staffThere's a arcade that just brings you back to a 90s bowling alley. Fun for kids fun for adults."

Had a birthday party here. The price was very reasonable. Staff were excellent, very attentive. They set up the room and cleaned it up, making the birthday actually enjoyable for us rather than exhausting.The kids really enjoyed the combination of playzone, trampolines, and bumper cars. They preferred it to 365 in Richmond which was previously their favourite.Will be going back again!

Such an amazingly wonderful place! So much to do, trampoline, bumper cars, slides and games as well as the play area. Hosted my daughters first birthday party. All the kids had so much fun running around and playing. It was hard to get them to leave! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food was very good and we had the option of juice for the kids who don’t drink pop. Perfect place to have a party or just for an afternoon to burn some energy off those kiddos! Thank you for hosting us, we’ll definitely be back.

Honestly there isn’t much to do for toddlers(1-3). Compare to other place in coquitlam that I usually go to, this place has not much equipments to play with. Just tried it once today and I might come back in few years when my son is 5+. Staff are very friendly but I wish they had fun stuff for toddlers. Also the interior is very clustered! Would suggest upgrading the interior look and play area. Also a shoe rack would be nice to have instead of leaving them under the tables. Sorry for the 2 star but that’s how we truly felt.

Attended a birthday party here today and could not be more surprised with how well it went. The check in system surprised me the most, quick and efficient taking account for every kid. Staff constantly roaming floor cleaning and washrooms are always cleaned as well. Birthday room was spacious and clean. All staff I encountered helped me and were super friendly. All kids loved it, could not recommend more :)
