Good selection, good prices.There best part was David, he helped me try on a ton of shoes and was so helpful and friendly.Had a great experience and found the perfect shoes because of him.

Typical shoe store, nice employees, some discount there always. Met a bad manager during a return around 630-7pm on Aug 10 2019, manager just showed attitude like she owned the store and did not accept the return. Manager's behavior at return was horrible, looked like she just had a fight with someone. Atleast she could have shown decent behavior if return were not as per store policy. Does not recommend anyone to go to this store.

The customer service at this store is honestly so lacklustre. There was an older lady working the floor who would only give me an occasional glare, not even verbally acknowledging me or even smiling, just watching as I found what I needed on my own. I got a bad feeling from her as she jumped to help other customers, but even once I flashed her a smile, I got no help whatsoever. At the till, same dismissive, rude attitude. I’m a student who works retail, so I understand it can be hard to deal with customers all day. But it takes two seconds and minimal effort to just be kind and gracious to your customers, especially when all they want is to find a cute pair of shoes. It made me uncomfortable, how miserable everyone seemed there.

Ordered shoes online, one of the shoes was dirty and looked like a floor model. I was offered an exchange and had to pick them up in store. Got there and the new shoes were the wrong size. The staff weren’t particularly helpful so I decided it’s not worth my trouble to shop here again.

Everything is fine service wise, but when they ask for an email, and say it’s just to store receipts, and I get 2 promotional emails before even paying I consider that blatant dishonesty. Stop asking for my email, there is literally no reason you’d ever need it.

Very helpful staff. If not in stock they will help you order. Love all the selection as well.

I would not recommend shopping here unless you don’t care how long your shoes last. I’ve been wearing high heels in my carpeted workplace for 10+ years and have never had one wear down in 4 weeks of light wear. The person who sold them to me told me I’d have a 3 month warranty on the shoes. So when I went back today to show that the one heel has completely worn down and they wouldn’t do anything for me I was surprised. The manager was not nice to deal with. I’m not a heavy person and I don’t wear these shoes outdoors, or even on hard surfaces. They’ve been worn 100% indoors on soft ground.Stick to buying your shoes at winners or even superstore they’d last longer. As you can see in my photos the soles are still in perfect shape and the one heel is fine too. It’s legitimately just a faulty heel and they wouldn’t replace them.Anyhoo. Shop elsewhere if you want your shoes to last.

Went in to get kids shoes for school…sign above shoes say buy one get one. That means you buy one and you get one free! They wouldn’t do it they kept saying 20% off. Not good! I wouldn’t suggest ever reading a sign and getting what it says here. Even the manager wasn’t good about it. I told them it’s false advertising and they need to go buy the sign they wouldn’t .

This company like most fashion retailers asks clients for email and phone number when checking out and it’s always the same story: I approach the counter and the cashier is all friendly and bubbly and as soon as I refuse to provide my personal information they instantly switch to upset and rude. Not sure if they get a commission per piece of information but you have to understand: the client has NO obligation to receive your fricking promos if they don’t want to. It’s not like you’re giving me merchandise for free.

I didn't think there was any way I would find anything here last min for a funeral. To be real I was running on full crazy. The staff did not give up amd my and found me somthing suitable for my flight in 13 hrs. I probably looked like a crazy hobo and the staff was beyond helpful. I belive Pauline needs a raise.
