Just got a footlong sub. It's supposed to have lettuce. No lettuce. The bun seems stale and hard. I usually order from here with no problem. But today was a huge letdown. Not fresh. Thought maybe it's a new employee, but it's the same guy that's always there.One employee was sitting in the customer area on her phone using FaceTime.Unprofessional.I probably won't be going back.Tried calling when I got home to complain. No answer. The receipt has their number, but nobody's home.Quality today was subpar. Disappointed.

Excellent & Fresh Had 2 party trays of Subs Wow everything was excellent nice assortment of subs cut in half and in a real nice party tray with lid.. They had sauces and mustard in little cups and sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, onions hot peppers, and prepared so nicely for our group...Most impressed....thank you Subway Belle River....

I walked into the Subway on Notre Dame Street in Belle River at around 5:15 or so and was greeted by 3 smiling young ladies which was a welcomed sight since it was snowing and miserable outside and for a bonus I brought home a roasted chicken salad with lettuce, tomato and cucumbers and it was DELICIOUS!!!! So, I won all the way around. I am just sorry I did not get the young ladies' names.

Very friendly staff. Clean dinning room. Subs were made with tons of toppings. Only negative, was my diet Pepsi was flat out of the machine.....lol

Always great service and this location; their staff is excellent and really know their stuff. They spend the extra time with my daughter and make sure she always gets what she wants.

Hi everyoneI went to subway Today at 9:54 AND THE DOOR IS CLOSED I KNOCK 3 TIMES and the girl and boy they are ignoring me not even looking at the door. they were like we are closed but the closing time is 10 pmIt was a snow storm outside and i am knocking the door again and again they were keep ignoring. Please change the time from 10 pm to 9:50 pm if you want to close.Eitherway customers are not fool who are coming just to eat subway from you guys.Customer service 0.Please imrove this if not then change the timings. Thanks

When I stepped through the doors during my lunch break at 12:15 I smelt the aroma of fresh sandwiches. I was greeted with a friendly smile and I had my order taken with swift action. The order was taken quickly and made with extraordinary precision every sandwich gets precisely the same amount of lettuce, pickles, onions and sauce leaving no customer feeling they were dealt a raw deal by getting less than the man next to them. After the sandwich has been crafted you pay for your meal a fair price leaving you satisfied with your decision to shop at Subway.
