Building Restoration Contractors

Made an appointment with the company for a quote on building a garage, repair foundation, and install a fireplace at my cottage. Took me hour and half to get to the cottage and I arrived 1 hour before the appointment. 15 mins after the scheduled appointment time I call to verify that they were on there way. They informed me that they had forgot and would make it up to me. I then rescheduled for the next weekend with them. They accepted the appointment. I again traveled to my cottage and arrived an hour before the appointment time. Once again they failed to show up to the appointment. I call 30 mins after the scheduled appointment time and received no answer. I tried again after another 30 mins pasted with no answer. Finally, they sent a text to my wife an hour and a half after the appointment time saying something had come up and canceled the appointment (even though they had already missed the appointment)

Brian and his team came out on multiple occasions to help provide an assessment of the foundation work required on our century home. They have a lot of expertise in the area and were able to provide a fair quote on the work they felt was needed.

Contacted for quote on replacement of siding on our home. The company booked a consult.Came out answered all my questions I had about products and installation. I had a competitive quote for the work within a reasonable time frame. I would recommend this company.

I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, top notch job. The two, usually dont go together, but they do in this outfit. If you are looking for old school craftsmanship, these are the boys for you. They treat you and your home with the respect it deserves. This business was recommended to me by a friend and we are both very happy with the end results.

Brad, Brian and their team did great work to repair our skylights and interior drywall. They came out the day after I called, gave a fair and competitive quote and got the work done quickly. Despite having a busy schedule they worked around that to get our repairs done. Would recommend their services!

I hired this contractor to renovate my bathroom. First he told me a week, the day they started he said 3 weeks. Three weeks in the walls aren't even completed. He shows up sporadically works a few hours and leaves.I gave him $9000 of the $12000 I was quoted. I have now fired him and he refuses to give me any money back and is saying I owe him another $1000! He said he has put 95 hours into this job. LOL. I have to hire someone else as my bathroom isn't usable. Don't hire these guys

Did an excellent job on my ceiling ... Looks bran new...friendly service and easy to get along with...would higly recomend them.
