Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for when no one else did, they also had options of what material I wanted it in!I noticed that while I waited a few minutes to have my order filled, they greeted several of the customers/contractors that walked up by name, and they had clearly have developed good relationships with people who use their services well. I wanted to replace the rusty front license plate screws on my 2017 Corolla. Toyota only had the same type and a couple of hardware stores I went to did not have a match. So I went to Pacific Fasteners as I had a good experience there during the pandemic (I should have known to have gone straight there!) I forgot to ask for stainless steel after giving the nice fellow there one of the screws. When he came back I apologized that I had wanted stainless and he said not to worry as they only deal in stainless type fasteners. He had two, one a little longer and one a little shorter, I tested them and they both worked. I went back and said I would take two of the short ones. He gave me two and said no charge! The minimum charge is $10 but since I wanted a small amount he said no fee. Great service, even if you are paying for a larger amount, ask any contractor, they are always there.

Best place for screws. They were very knowledgeable and even asked me what material I wanted. They have like every single size. I will come again!

I need a specialized screw for my violin chin rest and I have searched through bins of Canadian Tire and Home Depot with no luck. Fortunately. One staff at home depot recommended me the Pacific Fasteners.The shop looks pretty big. The gentleman took my order, and brought my old screw inside. Less than one minute later, he returned with the screw I have been searching for. He asked me how many do I need, and I offered to buy enough to make the 10$ minimum. He then asked how many do you really need?" and I told him a bit sheepishly that I only needed one. He seemed a bit surprised and offered to give it to me for free. "pay it forward" he said.I was so excited to finally find the screw that I forgot to ask about his name. Pay it forward I will."

Great location and vary helpful staff. They found exactly what was was looking for and the service was quick.I will definitely be back and highly recommend them.
