The doctor I saw took the time to talk to me about my problem, helped me understand what it was and gave me a solid diagnosis with a prescription and steps to take going forward. The staff and the front end are also very kind.

Not the best Walk-in but as a family physician they are great. I had a bad experience before as a walk in and had a low rating but now as a regular patient I find it's completely different. Hopefully the walk-in has changed because I really love the experience and treatment I now receive.

I tore my MCL recently and couldn't walk or drive. I called this clinic and got through right away to reception. Reception was kind enough to book me a phone appt right away to see whether anything could be done/diagnosed over the phone. The doctor was an informative British Lady and gave me options, and a follow-up visit to Dr. Butterworth a few days later was smooth and convenient as well. He was thorough in our discussion and I now have a straightforward path to recovery. Great service each interaction.

Can't even get in. Called within 30 minutes of opening (which you have to call at least 10 times because the lines are busy and hang up), 3 days in a row and they're already at capacity.

Been calling the phone since 9am, reached someone at 9:10am and was told the clinic is at capacity. The website instructions say to call before showing up in person so this is extremely frustrating.

Went to clinic yesterday, they said they were full.All I need is a prescription renewed for a medication I've been on for 10 years for avid reflux.They said I can get a appt to renew over the phone but can't book that appt until today at 10 am.Call at 10:07 am and they are full!What a complete joke or system is

I have been seeing either Dr Goldberg or Dr Hughes for years. I have always found them to be very empathic and professional! Dr Hughes has a great sense of humour, so be prepared to Laugh. The only issue I think they need to resolve is when people look them up, they have wrong hours of operation. Covid has changed somethings as far as hours, and walk-ins now have to phone in the morning for same day appts. The gals at the front desk have taken a lot of flack for this and I think that if they changed the hours when people are looking online to explain how last appts work this would take the pressure off of them.The gals to there best but they do not make the rules so be easy on them, I myself haven't been! Unfortunately with the doctor shortage going on in Kelowna, they are stretched to there limit and have to cut it off somewhere. When people look up the clinic on the phone it would be great if the policies and hours are explained. These last two years have been difficult ones for all staff and all of us, so give them a break. Seen a doctor today (don’t know his name. Thin man with glasses) what a great guy. Super funny and super professional and informative. One of my most comfortable doctors visits. Didn’t feel judged for a second and left in a better mood then I came in with :)!!! Wish all doctors were like this

Couldn't see my doctor, 6 hour wait at the urgent care center, all walkins at capacity.Luckily I called this clinic, which was also at capacity, and the receptionist said she would have Dr. Hughes call me . The call was timely and he set up an appointment and took care of my problem that day.A fabulously pleasant experience after a frustrating few days if trying to see a Doctor.
