Staff (including manager) was too busy on their phones and chatting to help with customers. Store is also way too crowded, not enough room to follow covid practices let alone have a wheel chair enter the store.

The girl working on Aug 26 early afternoon was awesome! Very friendly and helpful even though it was quite busy in the store. She helped us pick snowsuits for our kids with matching accessories and helped us get the best deal mixing and matching. Very appreciative of her help and happy with our purchases! Thanks!

Ronin is phenomenal and anyone shopping for a jacket or outdoor gear in general will be hard-pressed to find better service than what he offers. Knowledgable and helpful, he offered us pretty much everything and even offered to help us get it at a later date if it wasn't in stock. Bravo!! Will definitely be back!
