On a recent visit I purchased a pack of vinyl prep gloves, a box of lunch-lady style hairnets (impossible to find at pharmacies or dollar stores!), a Korean dolsot, and a pretty rice bowl.Recommended for Torontonians and tourists alike for a taste of what makes our city special.

Cookware, plates, utensils, takeout containers, bottles and more. Prices are quite affordable. Plenty of Asian style plates and also more unique items too like an elephant teapot. Really great selection of good quality ceramic plates too.

Cute little shop with massive collection of kitchen utensils. Don't let the exterior fool you, this place was also recognized by BlogTO. I ended up getting these cute cat chopsticks for $6.99. They have everything from pots and pans, to take out boxes for a very reasonable price. Definitely worth going in and exploring, you'll be very likely to buy something.

It was great to find ling long porcelain (blue and white rice grain) bowls, plates, and spoons here. I've been looking throughout the city and they've been increasingly hard to find. With only a few factories left to make these handmade items, they'll become even rarer. There is also a great selection of other items with affordable prices!

Love Tap Phong for a local go-to supply store. It has pretty much everything you would need but not everything you can think of - for example I was looking for popsicle sticks one time and they have one kind but it’s not what I was looking for. However, they had everything else I’ve ever needed - cups, plastic seal tape, aprons, utensils, etc.

What a beautiful chaos. This store has been the go to place for basically every single restaurant that I know of looking for restaurants supplies from dim sum bamboo containers to sushi platter boxes to bento boxes and about a million different kinds of take out containers.And that is just for starters, because you can also get sauce containers, cups, cutlery, and very specific kinds of kitchen equipment all-in-one spot. The aisles are very narrow and the shopping experience is not overly pleasant, but the shopkeepers are very attentive and they really do have everything you need. It's a wonderful chaotic miss.

It messes with your mind because you're conditioned to seeing good deals at retail locations when they have sales. Their regular pricing is significantly cheaper than sale prices of retailers. Wholesale prices but available to the general public.The type of products they carry cater mostly from low to mid tier restaurants. You'll probably be disappointed if you are trying to find fine China or silverware here.Definitely a place worth checking out. Guarantee it will be a kitchen adventure.

Save your time and money, shop online or go to Nella. Prices have gone way up for the same not so great quality. I have been going here for at least 15 years. It has been a few years since I've last been but today will be my last time. Not only is everything I used to love no longer something they carry or out of stock, but the owner decided not to honour tagged pricing. She was making up higher prices as things were being rung in at the cash, and when I showed the prices on the tape on the shelf she said it something else (clearly marked). She was saying no no that's not the right price" despite that's what the tags said. When I asked for any discount possible on a discontinued plate and bowl that had scratches
