I asked one question a month ago, Got a call, was told they would email me immediately". Never got the email

This company advertises CAD design for custom silicone molds. THEY DO NOT OFFER ANY OF THESE SERVICES. SPAM. STAY AWAY.I reached out in June with the exact specifications (measurements, which materials would be going in the mold, and what material I wanted the mold made out of) and since then they have emailed back and forth with me SO many times. Each time I provide them with the exact same information, they ask me to give them a CAD file, I tell them that I am literally trying to hire them to MAKE A CAD FILE and MAKE A MOLD FROM THE CAD FILE. Rinse and repeat thirteen times. Then I get an email from them again yesterday asking if I would allow them to serve me once" and I'm like.... bro I have been trying for two months to "allow" me to pay you for the services you advertise.It's the exact same email each time too. "we got your project request

Claims to be Canadian but actually sources everything from India. (Misleading)Was extremely close to placing an order through Stella (sales) and the next day the owner (Roger) called me to finalize some things regarding the order, he had little to no patience with my important questions and was pushing for me to place the order blindly. That's when I decided I wasn't getting the respect I wanted from this company and found another company that answers vital questions without getting upset or impatient.This was over a year and an half ago... To this day they are spam calling me and emailing me non-stop when I clearly stated I am NO LONGER INTERESTED as I have found an company that is far superior in service, support and trust.
