I went here after I was told my phone had serious water damage and a different mobile clinic told me they couldn't do it and my service provider also said they couldn't do anything about it. I was bracing myself for a massive expense. To my pleasant surprise, they took my phone in and cleaned it. They waited for it to try and tested it out. While that was happening, they informed me that because my phone was under a year old, that should this not work, to call the maker of the phone itself and that it would easily be replaced. Despite being a business, they were after good service and not my money. They tested the phone and it worked. When I offered compensation, they refused it as they said all they did was clean it. Although I hope I don't damage my phone in the future, I do confidently know where I will be going to get it fixed.

My phone screen was fixed today in like 20min. They’re super nice, and it wasn’t expensive. I’ve had it fixed downtown before, but I haven’t had a good experience until now. Thanks!

Fast and helpful people. Prices were very good. They replaced the volume switch, but had to order a new battery. It likely would have been faster under normal conditions, but we all know what shipping is like during the pandemic. I have no hesitation in returning should I need other repairs. I'll also be telling friends and work colleagues about the Bank Street location.

The customer service is awesome! I got my phone refurbished within 15 min, that was pretty quick and they charge you reasonably. The next time when I went there was to fix a small issue and they have done it for free! I recommend to people who value money!

Amazing service, came in with a broken headphone jack in my iPad but they were able to get it fixed within the same day for a great price. Absolutely recommend this business, very honest and fair, I've been a previous time and wasn't charged because there was no fixing the issue although they were well within their right to charge me something. This is the first place I go whenever I have device issues. Thank you!!

Brought in my iPhone XS that wouldn’t turn on anymore after I dropped it in a puddle last year. Apple was useless when I asked for help so I took it to Allo Allo. Service was great! Within an hour of dropping it off they called to tell me what the issue was with it and a quote for fixing it. Picked it up the next day and the phone was back in perfect condition. They allowed me to add my sim to it and make calls to make sure everything was working before I left the store. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to fix your gadgets. Fast, reliable and friendly service.

I needed a new battery for my phone on short notice (I arrived a bit before closing) but their store didnt have the battery in stock. However their other store did.They had someone bring the battery from their other store the next day and i got it installed for a good price. Very happy with the service provided.

It was my first time in here. These guys were able to replace my screen and upgrade the battery of my Garmin GPS in under 30 minutes. During that time they were courteous and honest. Bring cash if you can.

My phone screen had come detached so I came here to have it repaired. The guy behind the counter was really nice. I didn't feel that he judged me at all for having broken my phone. He fixed my phone screen right away. There were comfortable seats to sit in while I waited for the repair to be finished.Overall, I'm pleased with the customer service and would return here for future repairs.
